The big mistake people make when feeling badly is they try to understand what is causing them to feel that way. What you want to do with that bad feeling is to ALLOW it to pass you by like a dark cloud in the sky and it will.
Fighting with, resisting or trying to figure out why you are feeling badly will make you feel worse.....and you will feel worse and WORSE until you are forced to surrender to the feeling by lying down and going to sleep. You don't want to feel badly so why do anything with the feeling except to allow it to pass you by like a dark cloud in the sky and it will.
Focus on how you want to feel, not bad feelings. The quickest way to do that is take some action that makes you feel good.....whatever action that might be. It could include anything from going for a walk in the park to making love to your wife.
Life is too short to spend it figuring out why you feel badly. Instead allow "bad feelings" to pass you by like dark clouds in the sky and they will...
