Why you feel BAD and what you can do about it


Every time you feel bad that is an ALERT signal letting you know that a negative thought, running on automatic pilot in the background of your mind, has kicked in and gained control of your personality... When that happens begin repeating a positive phrase that is the exact opposite of what you are feeling. For example, out of nowhere **BANG ** you feel depressed... Begin repeating I have nothing to feel depressed about and then find something to think, say or do that cheers you up. Before you know it that negative thought will dissolve of its own accord and in its place you will be left feeling good again.

Feeling bad (depressed, angry, agitated, upset) is what
people feel when they want love, understanding,
appreciation
or recognition of their worth from others..
