Are you Desperate?


The interesting thing about desperation is we only feel desperate when we are closest to our luck changing for the better. It is how we sabotage ourselves.

Desperate feelings are a result of being sucked into focusing on our 'don't wants' which produces the fear in us that we won't get what we do want. Feeling desperate doesn't mean we are desperate, it is just a feeling and we can change that feeling any time we want to by changing our thoughts

All thoughts have consequences and the first place we feel the consequences of our thoughts is in our physical body. The moment we change our thoughts, the feelings in our body change too
