I learned a long time ago that people treat you the way you train them to treat you. If you want people to treat you with love and respect then you have to stand up for yourself when they are showing you disrespect and trying to manipulate you.. If you don't stand up for yourself, you become a person's doormat, a victim of life, and never feel confident in attracting good things to yourself.
