Want to Feel Good Quickly?


Live in the moment. When you focus on living in the moment you can find all kinds of things to appreciate, be grateful for and feel good about starting with the fact there is a good chance your pinky finger feels great right now in this moment of time. Generally speaking, unless you sprain, break or cut your pinky finger, it is the last part of your body to ever feel bad. So if your body is hurting focus on appreciating the parts of your body that don't hurt and pretty soon your whole body will begin feeling good again.
