Comics Gone WILD: Leno, O'Brien, Kimmel, Letterman

.

Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien, Jimmy Kimmel, David Letterman, all acting like little children over the 'Tonight Show' change. Millions of people in America have joined in, taking sides as if they were watching a schoolyard fight.

Personally, I feel sorry for none of them. They all make more money than most of us and they live a life of material splendor that most people can only dream about.

They are employees of the companies that have given them the opportunity to makes big bucks that makes it possible for them to live a lifestyle that the people in Haiti and other third world countries will never see.  Are these talk shows host  grateful for the opportunities and the money they have? Of course not, they are acting like little children who have been spoiled rotten. There are things so much more important than seeing grown adults fighting like children. These talk show host act like their are being funny about the situation when their combative and hurtful words are forcing people to take sides and act like children too.

The only one, so far, who seems to have taken the high road in this matter is Jimmy Fallon. He has shown gratitude and appreciation about his part in late night television while not putting anyone down but only sharing his honest feelings in the matter. He is the youngest of the talk show hosts but seems to demonstrate the most compassion and understanding attitude about the situation and for that reason I will watch his show when I can and leave the rest alone.
