New SIMPLE Way To Deal With Depression

Depressed?? What are you depressing? Which thoughts are you depressing that are making you feel depressed?  Are you sitting on thoughts about how hopeless something is? Are you sitting on thoughts about how powerless you feel? What thoughts are you pushing down, denying, rather than letting up and expressing so you can be free of your depression? Post them in the comments section and then look and see if you feel less depressed. If you don't, keep looking to see what ugly, negative thoughts you are sitting on or depressing that you are afraid to express as a way to release the thoughts that are holding you back from feeling happy and carefree. For those people who believe their depression is more complicated than this, don't knock this method until you have tried it.

In life, we are either depressing ourselves or expressing
ourselves. One action sets us free, the other imprisons us

  1. Sometimes i feel "stuck". Unsure of what direction i should go in the areas of love and career. I've had many wonderful successes in the past but never the breakthrough im seeking.
    I also have spiritual gifts that overwhelm me at times. i feel im shown too much..know too much. Ignorance was much easier to navigate.

  3. oh the most thing that make me deppressed is when i i found and read that my bf.say i love to his friend. he explain to me that she is a long time friend and for fifteen yrs. that they never had a communication,so for the first time he met again his friend in the facebook he i love you i miss you and with a kiss..that makes me deppressed...and untill now i don't know what to do,,heeeeeelp...!
