Everyone I know has felt powerless at one time or another. Now here is the thing about feeling powerless, it is only a feeling that you change anytime you want by changing your thoughts. Often times, when the 'powerless feeling' gets triggered, people fight or resist that feeling which keeps them feeling powerless for a lot longer than is necessary. The antidote when feeling powerless is this, feel what you feel while you put your attention on thoughts that make you feel powerful. Before you know it the 'powerless feeling' will dissolve naturally, replaced by powerful feelings, because you have SHIFTED your attention to thoughts that make you feel powerful and away from thoughts that don't.
