God is not a stranger to us although strange teachings about God have made many of us keep our distance from God. Funny thing is, we cannot keep ourselves at a distance from God because the God we seek lives within.

God has whispered loving messages of guidance and advice to me every day of my life since June 10, 1999, the day my daughter unexpectedly died.  The whispers show up in the form of complete thoughts containing insights and wisdom for my life that I never heard or thought of before.

AND THEN MY DAUGHTER SPOKE TO ME

Dad, all thoughts that feel good to you are the right thoughts for you. Think of me and I'll be with you just as I was in physical form. Talk to me like you did when I had a body and I will answer you. I know it was tough when I left unexpectedly but my purpose, in leaving, was to break open your heart so you could fill it with all the love you deserve. You lived your life with a 'closed heart' until I died and now you live your life with a open heart the whole world can see. 

As a result of the wisdom and knowledge God and my daughter have whispered in my ear since 1999, I started writing a newsletter containing the advice and insights I received from them. The newsletter is called Feeling GOOD (No matter what). 

All thoughts have consequences and the first place we feel the consequences of our thoughts is in the body. Feelings are the first physical evidence that something (good or bad) is coming true for us. Feelings are our 'inner guidance system'. They allow us to be guided to what we want and away from what we don't want.  The people who value their 'feelings and emotions' the most, suffer the least. Negative feelings never mean you are defective in any way, they are ALERT signals
