The #1 cause of stress is doing what you 'really' don't want to do. Let that sink in for awhile. No one is ever stressed out when they are doing what they love to do. They are only stressed out when they are doing what they don't want to do but FEEL they must or have to do..
Doing what you don't want to do is often times a form of self-abuse while doing what you love to do is a form of self-love.
Be true to yourself, do what makes you feel good about being you.
