Question: What is a belief?
Answer: My definition of belief is different than how most people define belief. My definition is based on my real life experiences.
A belief is a thought you feel. Once you feel a thought, if you think it repeatedly, it will come true for you.
The purpose of feelings is to tell you what you really believe.
Feelings are the first physical evidence that something (good or bad) is coming true for you. If you don't like what is coming true for you, you must change your beliefs (thoughts) about a person or situation so it doesn't come true for you.
