We are imperfect people living in an imperfect world. We came from a perfect world and have residue memories of that world and that is why we get so frustrated and upset from time to time.
Nothing wrong with being frustrated or upset. However squashing your upsets increases their strength and power over you. If left unchecked your upsets and frustrations will take over control of your personality and cause you to say and do things that you can never undo.
That's why when you are 'fed up' with the world it is perfectly okay to scream at the top of your lungs (preferably in the middle of a forest where no one can hear you) F*CK YOU WORLD! *

Studies show uttering honest words of profanity releases endorphins that calm the body down and neutralizes the pain one feels from being frustrated or upset.
