Thoughts often times LIE to you but your feelings never do. What you feel is REAL to you so it is important that you honor what you feel rather than dismiss your feelings as not true for you.
If my mind tells me to do something but my feelings say do not, I do not because I have learned to trust my feelings more than my thoughts.
Good feelings mean I am thinking the right thoughts and/or taking the 'right actions' for me. Bad feelings mean I am thinking the wrong thoughts and/or taking the 'wrong actions' for me.
Since I like feeling good about me, I trust my feelings more than I trust my thoughts to effortless guide me to the good things I want.
