Health Insights From a Spiritual Point of view
1. The only way an 'illness or disease' can defeat you is if you believe your illness or disease is more powerful than you are.
2. In all cases, disease is weakness leaving your body if you allow it to leave otherwise it will take you with it.
3. We allow disease to leave our body by observing it while letting go of any negative judgments we have about it.
4. Disease kills people because they believe it can. People who believe disease cannot kill them live to a ripe old
age in spite of the medical profession telling them they’re going to die
from 'this or that' disease.
5. People do not die from terminal illnesses as much they die from their 'beliefs' about terminal illness.
6. The long and the short of it is healthy beliefs keeps us healthy While unhealthy beliefs make us sick.
7. Just because other people believe in disease and things getting
worse for them does not obligate you, in any way, to believe what they
believe.
8. It's not what we do that makes things come true, it's what we believe.
9. People who believe that sickness or illness happens to them by 'chance or accident' always get to be right about what they believe.
10. When it comes to my health I will not allow the ‘fear thoughts,’ (that show up in my mind unexpectedly) make my health decisions for me nor will I allow the ‘fear thoughts’ of others decide what is best for me.
11. Our agreement with a negative belief is what gives it the power to come true for us. When a negative belief, unexpectedly, shows up in my mind I get rid of that thought by saying to myself with conviction and authority CANCEL.
