Actions that feel bad are WARNING me that those are the wrong actions for me to take. The whole purpose of feeling bad is to ALERT me that I am thinking thoughts or taking actions that are the wrong thoughts or actions for me. They may be perfectly fine for someone else but they are definitely wrong for me. When you take actions that make you feel negative in any way (struggle, effort, stress) you are not attracting to yourself what you want, you are pushing what you want away from you.
