Resistance of any kind including 'thoughtlessly' resisting your good is a habit of thought that translates itself into a 'resistant' feeling.
When you feel 'resistant' feelings, don't let them trick you into trying to change the feeling or trying to get away from it. If you do that, that will only make the 'resistant' feeling stronger thus allowing it to gain power over you.. Instead OBSERVE, NOTICE, WITNESS, WATCH your 'resistant' feeling.
I suggest not to resist 'resisting your resistant feelings'. If you are, then notice that. Noticing, observing, witnessing, watching what you are resisting (without interacting with it in any way) will allow what you are resisting to loosen its grip on you so you can think more clearly about your resistance.
THE OTHER SIDE OF 'RESISTANT FEELINGS'
Sometimes we experience 'resistant feelings' because it is God/Universe's way of telling us to do something different with our life or change something in our life. Sometimes the 'resistant feeling' is telling us to chill out, relax and go play. The purpose of our 'resistant feelings' is not to resist them but to understand them and use them to make life easier for ourselves now.
