When you have your attention focused on a problem you are focused on something you don't want. Focusing on your problem does not make it go away, it makes it stick to you like super-glue.
Focusing on your problem doesn't make your situation better, it makes it worse. Focusing on your problem creates a mental barrier that stops you from spontaneously finding the solution to your problem.
If you must focus on your problem, only focus on it long enough to see if there is anything you can do to solve your problem, right now. If there is nothing you can do right now, taking your focus off your problem and put your focus on something you can do something about.
FOCUSING on your problem prevents solutions to your problem from showing up in your mind out of thin air.
FOCUSING on your problem makes you feel powerless, helpless, hopeless, a VICTIM of your problem rather than victorious over it.
FOCUSING on your problem creates many more problems including making you doubt your worthiness to have the things you want.
To solve a problem, don't focus on it. Instead have the 'intention' to solve your problem and then only take actions related to your problem that inspire and empower you in some way.
Any actions you take in regards to solving your problem that make you feel bad in any way is an ALERT SIGNAL that you are taking actions guaranteed NOT to solve your problem for you.
I've never solved a problem by focusing on it. I have however solved difficult problems by having the 'intention' to do so and then only thinking thoughts and taking actions that made me feel good to be me.
