Self-Love SIMPLY Explained.

Self-love is any thought or action that makes you feel good about being you. Self-love is not about being perfect or reaching high standards it's about accepting yourself EXACTLY as you are again and again.

Thoughts and actions that makes you feel stressed,  tired or irritable are not self-love thoughts and actions, they are thoughts and actions that are abusing you rather than inspiring and empowering you.

Self-love is also about being kind to yourself always and in all ways and forgiving yourself quickly when you make a mistake.
