Trust your GOOD feeling, Distrust Your BAD Feelings.

Until you begin trusting your good feelings more than you trust you bad ones, you will never get the things you really want out of life. Instead you will always have to settle for less.

Focusing on your bad feelings DOES NOT make them go away, it makes them persist, it makes them stick to you like super-glue.  

Nothing good you want out of life can possibly come to you as long as you are putting any thought or energy into your negative feelings.  

Negative feelings have only one positive purpose in your life and that is to ALERT YOU that you are focused on something you don't want.  Negative feelings are an ALERT SIGNAL to shift your focus to thoughts and actions that make you feel good to be you.

How many things do you do in your life because you feel obligated, in some way, to do them? In others words, you feel you must do them, you feel you have no choice but to do them. 

Obligating yourself to someone or some thing, over a period of time, always creates bad feelings because once you have obligated yourself you are no longer completely free to be yourself.  

If you must obligate yourself to anyone or anything, obligate  yourself to feeling good to be you, no matter what.
