I have been on this planet a few years and I can tell you from personal experience and the personal experiences of thousands of others, expectations have zero value except to cause you upset. Expectations are from hell.
They are designed by the devil himself to stress you out, make you lose your patience and become frustrated when your expectations aren't being met when you think they should be met. Worse yet, expectations stop you from taking inspired action to make sure what you want to happen will happen..
Winners and champions do not have expectations. Instead they have confidence, in themselves, they will succeed at what they do and most of the times they do therefore they have no reason for expectations. Expectations set you up to be hurt and disappointed time and time again until you see expectations have no value in your life except to depress you and make you feel powerless and ineffective as a human being.
