A Guiding Thought


The professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in

it. He held it up for all to see and asked the students, "How much do
you think this glass weighs?"

"50gms!".....100gms!".....125gms"... the students answered.

"I really don't know unless I weigh it," said the professor, " but, my

question is: What would happen if I held it up like this for a few

"Nothing," the students said.

"Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?" the

professor asked.

"Your arm would begin to ache," said one of the students.

"You're right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?"

"Your arm could go numb, you might have severe muscle stress and

paralysis and have to go to hospital for sure!" ventured another
student and all the students laughed.

"Very good. But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?"

asked the professor.

"No," was the answer.

"Then what caused the arm ache and the muscle stress?"

The students were puzzled.

"What should I do now to come out of pain?" asked the professor again.

"Put the glass down!" said one of the students.

"Exactly!" said the professor.

Life's problems are something like this. Hold it for a few minutes in

your head and they seem OK. Think of them for a long time and they
begin to ache. Hold it even longer and they begin to paralyze you. You
will not be able to do anything. It's important to think of the
challenges or problems in your life, But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to
'PUT THEM DOWN' at the end of every day before you go to sleep.

That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh and strong

and you can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way! So,
when you leave the office today, remember to PUT THE GLASS DOWN!

Why I NEVER Feel Bad Anymore

At one time in my life I felt so bad for so long that thoughts of suicide entered my mind…I felt that way until God WOKE me up with a hit to the head. It wasn’t a literally hit. It was more like an OMG, AHA hit…..

The wake up call was the realization that I felt so bad for so long because of my own arrogance. The arrogance of mine was based on the belief that I had control over the thoughts and actions of others that made me feel bad. The realization that I had absolutely no control over the thoughts and actions of others ‘set me free’ to no longer feel bad any more over what other people thought and did.

When you realize you have no control over the thoughts and actions of others, you also realize you have total control over you. The moment you realize you have total control over you, you can choose to feel as good as you want to feel for as long as you want to feel that way independent of any negative people or circumstances around you. The other reason I never feel bad any more is because I also realized that all feeling bad ever got me was feeling worse and worse until I felt suicidal and just wanted to die.

Realizing what feeling bad had done to me also made me realize what feeling good could do to me. If feeling bad attracted more bad feelings to me (which it did), then feeling good, in accordance with the law of attraction, must attract more good feelings to me (which it does). And that’s why I NEVER feel bad any more. Excerpted from OMT. -

Overcoming Disappointment

To experience being disappointed is a very human experience. However disappointment doesn’t mean that what you want to happen won’t happen. It just means it hasn’t happened yet. Making a big deal out of being disappointed slows down the process of the law of attraction guiding you to what you want or bringing it to you. If you find yourself disappointed about anything, use your disappointment as an ALERT SIGNAL to remind yourself of why you want what you want and how good you will feel when you have it. Good NEWS! It's not your fault

The doubts, worry, anxiety and fears you feel are not your fault. They are a result of programming living in your subconscious mind that you acquired during your growing up years. Every time you feel uncomfortable, it is not you doing it to you, it's your subconscious mind doing it to you. When the negative programming in your subconscious mind gets activated, it runs on automatic pilot outside of your conscious control. The way to eliminate negative thoughts from your life is to 'consciously' re-program your subconscious mind. You do this by consistently thinking thoughts that live in opposition to the negative thoughts living in your subconscious mind until those new thoughts become automatic habits of thought. Attraction KEY

Trust means to have faith or confidence in some thing or some one. When you have faith or confidence in the law of attraction working in your favor, it will.  I touched on trust before but I bring it to your attention again because without trusting the law of attraction to work in your favor, it never will. Trusting in the law of attraction takes the same kind of simple trust you have in the safety of the food you eat and the trust you have that the other person will stop at the red light when your light is green. Trust and the Law of Attraction.

If you don't trust the law of attraction to work, it won't. Trust is essential if you want the law of attraction to work in your favor. The alternative is to not trust. Not trusting creates negative feelings inside of you alerting you to the fact that you are thinking thoughts that are taking you away from what you want. Trust, on the other hand, creates positive feelings inside of you letting you know you are thinking thoughts that are in the process of attracting or guiding you to the things you want. Somehow, Someway (A law of attraction Story)

My favorite law of attraction thought is 'SOMEHOW, SOMEWAY'. Every time I have something that concerns me
  that I don't personally want to deal with, I say the following words

Somehow, someway the 'organizing Intelligence of the 

universe' will solve this problem (issue, concern, worry) for me...
AND IT DOES..... every single time without fail...

Why do those words work for me every single time without fail??  First,  I have absolute belief in those words. In other words, I believe in those words without doubt. In addition,  I have the knowledge, along with the life experiences to back it up, regarding exactly how the law of attraction works to produce the results I want out of life... This method has worked for me concerning money, health, love and relationships issues and it can work for you too.

Dealing with Indecision, Ambivalence, Doubt, Uncertainty

When you FOCUS on what you do want, you are attracting it to you. When you allow your FOCUS to shift to what you don't want (the fear of not having what you want) you push what you want away from you. That's how the law of attraction works.  

Moving beyond indecision, ambivalence, doubt and uncertainty is necessary in order to attract what you want.  You do that by dismissing from your mind any thought related to what you want that does not feel good to you no matter how logical that thought might sound to you.
