The Easy Way To Turn Thoughts into REALITY

Feelings are the first physical evidence that we are attracting something (good or bad) into our life. The whole purpose of our feelings is to give us advance notice (or warning) in regards to what people, events or circumstances we are in the process of attracting to ourselves.  

If you currently have something in your life that is unwanted or undesirable, continuing to focus on it will not make it go away, it will make it stay in your life longer and it will make it stronger. 

The only way to make unwanted things disappear from your life is by completely withdrawing all of your thoughts and energy from it and using your thoughts and energy to focus on what you do want. 

ALL THOUGHTS HAVE CONSEQUENCES

The first place we feel the consequences of thoughts is in the body. The reason for this is so we will know immediately what good or bad things we are attracting to ourselves. 

Negative feelings never mean we are flawed or defective in some way because we are not. Negative feelings are simply ALERT signals (wake up calls) to shift our focus onto the things we do want and to leave the hell alone the things we do not want.
