The thoughts we think either strengthen us or weaken us. When you feel discouraged at the end of your day take the time to build yourself back up before you go to sleep. This guarantees you will have a better tomorrow. This is how I do it.

I feel good about myself tonight

I am proud of the progress I made today.

I am tired but happy to be me.

For today my best is good enough and tomorrow my best will be better.

I am excited about my future.

Step by step my dreams are coming true.

Tomorrow when I wake up I will remind myself during my day to think only thoughts that energize and inspire me.

I am my own best friend because I choose to be now and forever.
