🌝 I Doubt You think Very Much ABOUT YOURSELF.


I think you think about your problems, other people, what you want and don't want. I think you think about what you like and don't like but how often do you 'really' think about YOU?  

If you thought about yourself more often than you do, you would be treating yourself a lot better than you have been treating yourself lately.. And for sure, you would be very, very compassionate towards yourself.  That being said, I believe when it comes to being compassionate with yourself, you are clueless as to what that means..

HERE IS WHAT SELF-COMPASSION MEANS

When you show compassion towards yourself you are being gentle with yourself in both your thoughts and actions. 

When you show compassion toward yourself, you are treating yourself as the priceless child of God that you truly are.

When you show compassion towards yourself, you forgive yourself for not being able to get everything done on time.  You forgive yourself for being less than perfect.  You forgive yourself for all of the mistakes you make. You forgive yourself for your flaws and weaknesses. 

Self-Compassion is treating yourself with the tenderness, love, warmth and protective care you would treat a baby with. 

If you are not being compassionate with yourself on a daily, even on a moment by moment, basis, don't you think it is time to start? 

Self-Compassion will make you healthy, wealthy and wise....
