How to experience LESS 'Physical and Emotional' pain and MORE Happiness, much more. You can do what I do.



Did you know that emotional pain STUFFED, denied or suppressed for extended periods of times turns in physical pain and if not released, it compromises the immune system, resulting in disease.

Emotional pain is an unconscious habit of thought we unwittingly developed for ourselves  during our formative years. 

As a baby we generally got what we wanted when we cried or when we were in emotional pain. That worked for us as babies, as adults, not so well. As adults we rarely get what we want for being in pain unless we are looking for pity or sympathy.

Emotional pain is part of life, it is something everyone experience's from time to time.  The difference is 'victims' live their life from the place of emotional pain rather than just visiting there from time to time..  

Emotional pain, in its simplest form is a result of us FOCUSING our attention on what we DON'T want and DON'T LIKE  We are never in emotional pain when we are FOCUSED what we DO want and DO like..
