MAKING YOUR 'EMOTIONAL WORLD' STRONGER

Nowhere is it written that you have to feel bad because other people feel bad or because other people treat you poorly.

How long you feel bad about anything is up to you. When someone dies or when someone mistreats you, you can feel bad about it for a moment, a day, a week, or a lifetime. If you wish, you can mourn endlessly about 'bad things' happening in your life.. How long you feel bad about anything is up to you. 

The world today causes you to feel bad in a multitude of ways for a multitude of reasons ranging from feeling sorry for the homeless to being worried about climate change.  

Feel bad if you wish but feeling bad changes nothing.  

The world outside of you 'triggering' your bad feelings is how the world controls and manipulates you.  It is how the world keeps you focused on fear. It is how the world keeps you focused on what you don't want. 

Do I ever feel bad?  Yes, of course, but never for very long. 

I use feeling bad as an ALERT SIGNAL to focus my attention on  what makes me feel good.  When you are focused on what you DO WANT you will always feel good and when you are focused on what you don't want, you will never feel good.  Make your 'emotional world' strong, focus on what makes you happy, what makes you feel vital, what makes you feel most ALIVE, I do.
