I am my own Problem. The only problem I have is me. The only roadblock I have to achieving my goals is me.

The only thing that is between me and making my dreams come true is me, nothing else, just me.  To be clear, I am not blaming myself in any way. What I am doing is taking 100% responsibility for my thoughts, feelings and actions. I am no longer blaming circumstances or other people for how I think, feel and act.

Blaming others, including myself, drained me of energy and made me feel completely powerless while taking full responsibility for my thoughts, feelings and actions inspires and empowers me.

I must admit getting to the place in my life where I blame no one for my troubles, especially myself, has not been an easy one.  There has been a lot of pain and heartache involved in my journey,

The biggest lesson I learned on my journey of playing the victim of my life to becoming the master of it is that we only experience pain when we don't take 100% responsibility for our thoughts, feelings and actions.  Once we take 100% responsibility, pain is no longer part of our reality except for those times when we forget to take full responsibility.

The second biggest lesson I learned was that my most painful thoughts were those thoughts I had about other people's thoughts.  When I made up 'negative stuff' in my head about what I thought other people were thinking about me or the books I wrote, those were the most painful and crippling thoughts of all.

The third lesson I learned is that pain is an ALERT signal that we are blaming someone or something for things not working out in our life as we planned. Blame is the ULTIMATE power drainer. Blame is what makes us a victim of our circumstances rather than the master of them.

No blame, no pain. Blame, plenty of pain, deep pain, endless pain

Did you know that surrendering to what you DON'T like makes room for what you DO like to show up in your life?

Surrendering to what I DON'T like (such as unwanted thoughts and feelings) makes room for what I DO like to show up in my life.

Resisting what I don't like makes it persist.

I don't have to like the idea of surrender but I must surrender to what I DON'T like it if I ever hope to have what I DO want.

When I talk about surrender I am not talking about surrender as in defeat. I am talking surrender as in GIVING UP what you don't like to your Higher Power, Angels, or the God of your understanding..

Surrender means to cease resisting something.

As long as you resist things in your life that you don't like, not only will they persist but they will grow stronger and have more power and control over your thoughts and feelings.

Resistance is futile because in the end whatever you resist wins. On the other hand, surrendering is your doorway to freedom and the new life you want.  The wonderful thing about surrendering is when you surrender to what you don't like, you have plenty of energy and time to focus your attention on what you do want and do like.

The best thing about surrendering to what you DON'T like is the feeling of 'release and relief'. That feeling lets you know that you have successfully surrendered to what you DON'T like.

It is important to note that you might have to surrender to something repeatedly before it quit showing up in your life. Surrendering to what you don't like will make life brand new for you again.

It's Time To Know Your MAGICAL Powers

What you believe is most important. What other people believe shouldn't be important to you at all UNLESS your existing beliefs are not allowing you to create a magical life for yourself.

Feelings are Where Your MAGICAL POWERS live.

How you feel about something makes it so....

Your feelings are that part of you that creates 'real life' magic.

The power of feelings are vastly underestimated. Everything you do whether you realize it or not is for the purpose of feeling better.

Don't believe me?  Then tell me that you don't want to feel loved, healthier and prosperous. First comes the feeling them comes the physical equivalent of that feeling.

Feelings are the raw materials out of which you create your physical reality. Feelings are the vibrations that reach out into the universe and attract back to you (for better or worse) the people, events and material things you experience in life. (science has proven this to  be true)

Becoming the master controller of your feelings will make you the conscious creator of your universe ALLOWING you to create your magical life exactly the way you want it to be.

Getting Rid Of The 'FEELING LIKE A FAILURE' Feeling

It is important to get rid of the 'feeling like a failure' feeling as soon as possible. Why? Because that feeling will trigger a hundred negative thoughts along with the negative feelings associated with those thoughts that will depress you and make you feel discouraged and defeated. That feeling will make you feel like a loser when you are not. When people allow that  feeling to persist it even ends up making them feel suicidal.

THIS IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Feeling like a failure does not mean you are a failure. It is only a feeling that will change when your thoughts change. Use that feeling as an ALERT SIGNAL to shift your focus to thoughts that make you feel good to be you and you will end up feeling like the 'winner' you truly are.

Why it is PERFECTLY okay to be in a ROTTEN, STINKIN mood. Why it is even advisable.

If you have been into self-help work for awhile (aka, self-love, law of attraction, etc) you know people preach a lot about being in a good mood. They preach this because they believe being in a good mood is the secret to attracting good things.  While that may be true, pretending you are in a good mood when you are not causes people to live against their truth. Here is what I mean:

If you are in a bad mood and criticize yourself for being in it, it makes it harder to get out of it. If you think it is wrong to be in a bad mood, you will instinctively resist being in a bad mood which will intensify and make your bad mood stronger.

The fact is we are in a bad mood for a reason.  Once you find the reason for being in the bad mood, you will be able to do something about the situation that is caused you to be in a bad mood in the first place.

Accepting you are in a bad mood when you are in it will allow you to pass through it quickly while resisting a bad mood will cause you to be in a bad mood for a lot longer than is necessary.

The quickest way out of a bad mood is ALWAYS through it. Anything else you do with your bad mood will make it persist.  The fact is, it is your constitutional right to be in a rotten, stinking, pissed off mood. There is nothing wrong with being in such a mood, it our resistance to our bad moods that cause us trouble.

Thinking CUTS YOU OFF from Feeling (Short Article)

When absorbed in thinking we are cut off from our feelings. Jobs requires us to constantly think, think, think. As a result we rarely know how we feel until we get home and it safe to feel again. And that is when we notice what we did to our body by thinking too much and not checking in with our feelings, during the day, often enough.

For better mental and emotional health get into the habit of checking in with your feelings multiply times during the day to see if you are making yourself stronger or if you are making yourself weaker.

By checking in with your feelings, more often, you won't end up being totally exhausted at the end of your day and wondering why. Your feelings are always monitoring how well you are taking care of yourself. Check in with them regularly.

Self-Love Program For TEENS

Teenagers who loves themselves sufficiently never do harm to themselves or others, they never bully or intimidate people or show disrespect to the adults in their life. Teens don't need more 'rules and regulations,' they need more compassion, 'life guidance' and understanding based on the principles of unconditional love...

Teenage years are tough years.  Most adults forget how tough those years can be. As a result they forget to give the teens in their life the kind of inspiration, empowerment and guidance they need that will turn them into SUPER STARS as adults.

My Self-Love program for TEENS gives them that 'slight edge' that  allows them to become the best possible version of themselves.

The Self Love program shows teens how to become the master of their thoughts and feelings rather than ending up the victim of them or make other people the victim of them.

The program shows teens how to manage their strong and sometimes turbulent (even violent) emotions in such a way that they do no harm to themselves or others. The program also shows them how to process their 'reactions' privately and respond appropriately so everyone wins.

If you are a teacher, educator, trainer, mental health professional, once you buy your copy of my program, you can distribute copies of my program to as many teenagers as you want FREE of charge. For more information about my program or to order your copy of it. visit, lovesolvesall.com
