This is not Kid HUMOR, this is VIOLENCE against WOMEN

This morning I saw something on my Facebook timeline that wasn't funny at all. It is violence against women being passed on as KID humor (See pictures below).

There is nothing funny about these pictures, it send the wrong message to young boys who will some day become men. If you see these pictures posted in your social media network, let the people who posted them know that violence, in general, and violence against women, in particular, is no laughing matter. Ending Violence on Women

I have a hard time looking at pictures of domestic abuse and I am sure you do to but the reason I post them is because this is one crime that happens behind close doors.

This happens more often than we know because the abused person is embarrassed to let people know what happened. Domestic violence won't end until it quits being a secrecy crime.  If you are abused, run, don't walk for help. Never give an abuser a second chance to abuse you.

A Dog Feeding an ORPHANED Lamb

Nothing touches me more when I see tenderness, sweetness and compassion being expressed both  by human and animals. This video of a Springer spaniel feeding an orphaned lamb with a bottle touches me.

Insights For Saturday, December 6, 2014

Life is pretty simple for me these days, how I am feeling tells me what I am attracting.  When I don't like what I am feeling, I change my thinking to a better class of thoughts that causes me to feel better which results in me attracting better things to myself.

Insights For Friday, December 5, 2014

Repeating thoughts like: "I am trapped, I feel trapped, I feel like there is no way out" kept me stuck in a unwanted situation much longer than I wanted to be.

If you are ever find yourself trapped in a situation like I was, to free yourself from it, change how you think about the 'trapped feeling'.

Here is an example of what I mean:

I may feel trapped but just because I feel that way, it doesn't mean that I am trapped. It is only a feeling that will change when I change my thoughts to: The 'trapped' feeling is ALERTING me that there is nothing more I can do about my situation, in this moment, and since there isn't, I might as well go play.

The great thing about my change of attitude is that it allowed me to 'let go' of thoughts that no longer served me. As a result of 'letting go' by playing, during the time I am playing, answers and insights spontaneously, show up in my mind, out of thin air that allow me to move through my situation rather than being permanently stuck in it.

Insights For Thursday, December 4, 2014

Focusing your attention on what you don't want attracts more of what you don't want. As an example, if you feel bad and continue to focus on feeling bad, you always end up feeling worse. Nothing good can ever come to you while your attention is focused on what you don't want

Insights For Wednesday, December 3, 2014

FOCUS is everything to me because when I FOCUS on what I DO want, I attract more of what I DO want to me.

I make it a point to FOCUS on love, compassion, peace, harmony,  understanding, cooperation, caring, sharing, health and prosperity.

I do not deny the bad, in the world, I just don't focus on it. FOCUSING on what I do want, consistently, has given me and the people I love, a rich and happy life.

Insights For Tuesday, December 2, 2014

1. It is not what I do that produces the results I want, it is what I feel that does. Good feelings means I am thinking thoughts that are taking me in the direction of  what I want (my goal) while my bad feelings tell me that I am thinking thoughts that are moving me further away from what I want.

If I believe it is what I do that achieves results and that it has nothing to do with what I feel, I will continually ignore my negative feelings, not realizing they are telling me that I am thinking the wrong thoughts resulting in me taking the wrong actions to get me to where I want to go.

2. I do not need to know 'how to' achieve my goal to make it come true. I need to trust that my 'feel good' desires for my goal will show me the way to achieve my goal when I don't know the way.

Insights For Monday, December 1, 2014

1. I use to be jealous of other people's success. That PUSHED my success away from me. Being grateful for people's success, rejoicing in their success, ATTRACTED my success to me.

2. When my life isn't working the way I want, I look for people to serve. That immediately makes my life start working again.

3. Trying too hard is un-attractive (does not attract) and pushes away from me the very things I want.

4. Thoughts producing feelings. Feelings are the first physical evidence that something (good or bad) is coming true for me. When I don't like what's coming true for me, I change my thoughts. Changing my thoughts changes the results.

Caution Advised: I am responsible for my sense of humor.

To My Black Friends, A BIG Reason WHY People Don't Like You!

TO MY BLACK FRIENDS.... you need to lay the law down to your other black friends that violence and crime does not help your cause. It is because of bad press like this that Whites, Asians, Chinese, Japanese, Jewish people do not like you, not because of the color of your skin but because of stories like this.

Ferguson Market, where Michael Brown stole cigars minutes before he was shot,
was targeted on Monday night after the grand jury's decision was announced.

I've create a program to End Violence - (Video)

$200,000 of my own money and 25 years later I've created a program to bring an end to violence. In my early years, they called me crazy, now they're calling me a freakin' genius. I'm neither, I'm just me doing what I love, what I'm good at, what I was put on the planet to do.

VIOLENCE CAN END if you are WILLING to love it to death.

A violent thought is any thought that hurts you or others in any way. To be clear,we have no 'direct power' over the violent actions of others

The only power we have over the violent thoughts and actions of others is to dissolve the negative or violent thoughts that live in our own mind in retaliation to the violent actions of others.

As each person dissolves the violent thoughts that lives within themselves they become ROLE models for other people to do the same.

No matter how nice we are, the moment we want to do harm to anyone for the harm they have done to others we contribute to the violence in the world.

All violence begins with a single violent thought. If that thought is left unchecked and allowed to multiply, it always results in violent actions which then leads to wounded and dead people and the destruction of property owned by good, decent, hard working, folks.

Hating, disliking, or resisting anything negative from violent thoughts and feelings to violent people and situations increases the strength and power those things have over our lives.

On the other hand, loving negative things to death (including negative people and negative situations), literally, loves those things right out of existence.

Resisting feelings of violence, hatred, fear, anxiety, worry and depression only makes those feelings worse and gives those feelings more power over us. By embracing those negative feelings and loving them to death, we literally love them out of existence.

Violence has many code words. Code words such as anger, stress, worry, upset, frustration, self-hate. All of these code words represent violent thoughts that harm us in some way. We don't think of these code words as violent because we have been doing violence to ourselves for so long we consider it normal behavior and not acts of violence against ourselves but they are.

The $5.00 Violence REST IN PEACE Program

The program shows you how to literally love out of existence every negative thought you have. It's a fact, if you are not the master of your thoughts and feelings, the negative thoughts and feelings of others will be your master. The $5.00 program is delivered to you in bite size chunks, via e-mail, over a period of 21 days. It allows you to become the master of negative thoughts and feelings rather than being the victim of them or victimizing other people by acting on them.

Wednesday

How I ENDED Violence (and negative thinking) in me.

The only prejudice I have is my prejudice against violence.

Violence ended in me when I took 100% responsibility for every thought I thunk and for every feeling I felt and that included thoughts I had about other people's thoughts, still my thoughts.

VIOLENCE, May You Rest In Peace

Resisting, hating, disliking, fighting with anything violent from violent thoughts and feelings to violent people and situations increases the strength and power those things have over your life.

On the other hand, loving violent things to death (including violent people and violent situations), literally, loves those things right out of existence.

Resisting feelings of violence, hatred, fear, anxiety, worry and depression only makes those conditions worse and gives those feelings more power over you. By embracing those negative feelings and loving them to death, we literally love them out of existence.

The $5.00 VIOLENCE, May You Rest in Peace, Program

The program shows you how to literally love out of existence every violent and angry thought you have. It is simple to do. The $5.00 program is delivered to you in bite size chunks, via e-mail, over a period of 21 days. Nothing says you care about a DEAD Kid more than Looting

Michael Brown is DEAD! (Your Opinion Doesn't Change That)

Everyone has an opinion about the Michael Brown shooting. Who is right and who is wrong? Everyone is right, in their own mind, according to what they believe. I have an opinion too but I don't share it. What for, to defend my opinion or to argue with people who believe differently than I do. I don't see any reason to disagree or argue with anyone about the Michael Brown case because it doesn't change what happened. The only two people who know what happened, with absolute certainty, are Michael Brown and the police officer. Michael is dead and the police officer is alive and none of our opinions will bring Michael back to life.. Being angry and destructive about what happened keeps people stuck in the past replaying the hurtful event over and over again. Change for the better begins to happen when people accept what happened and look for solutions that benefit everyone so that what happened in the past won't happen in the future. For myself, I believe we have the technological smarts to create alternative weapons that put people to sleep temporarily, without harming them in any way, rather than putting people to sleep permanently with bullets from guns.

Stress is my friend, I love it, here is why.

The reason I love stress is because it is an ALERT signal. It alerts me that my body and mind are not working in harmony with one another.

Stress ALERTS me when my mind is not living where my body lives. The body can only live in the present moment. When my mind is living in the past or future it causes stress in the body. The moment my mind and body are living in the same place at the same time, the stress I feel dissolves.

Stress also ALERTS ME.

1. When I am trying to hard.
2. When I'm attempting to force things to happen.
3. When I am living in a state of fear, doubt or worry.
4. When I am afraid of losing control of a situation.
5. When I am allowing people to put pressure on me.
6. When I am compromising my immune system.

7. When I'm thinking thoughts that are taking me further away from what I want.

8. When my mind tries to do the next thing while my body is still doing the last thing.

These ALERTS signals give me the opportunity to slow down and breathe. They also give me the opportunity to change my thoughts to less stressful ones and/or makes decision to do things differently so I do not continue to live a stressful life that is harmful to my body, mind and soul.  -  Frederick Zappone

IMAGINATION CREATES PROBLEMS

IMAGINATION SOLVES PROBLEMS

Here is the kind of LOVE you want from your LOVER.

What your parents give or don't give you is what becomes known as LOVE to you

If your parents gave you time, that's what you'll want from your lover when you grow up.
If your parent cuddled and hugged you a lot, that's what you will want from your lover.
If your parents gave you compassion and understanding, that's what you'll want as a grown up.
If your parents extended trust to you, that's what you'll want from your lover too.
If your parents gave you money and material things, that's what you will want from your lover.
If your parents were honest with you and loyal to you, you'll want that from your lover too.

It is also true, if you parents didn't give you those things, or if they were stingy with those things, you will then want those things in abundance from your lover

The LOVE we want VS the love we get. Don't do what I did.

My parent didn't know how to express their emotions of love to me. However they did know how to express their love to me in material ways, Mom by taking care of all of my physical needs; food, clothing, a clean house, etc.. Dad could only display his love for me by giving me money.  He had a hard time accepting my words of 'I love you' and if I attempted to hug him, he reacted to me like I had barbed wire wrapped around my body.

The love I got was money and things. I didn't appreciate the things as much as the money because money allowed me to buy and do the things I loved which was a bit closer to the love I wanted but never got. The love I wanted was to experience a really strong emotional connection with another person that supported me in being me. To me that was real love, the only love that mattered to me. From my point of view, it didn't matter the form of love people gave me, if I couldn't feel their love for me, then their love wasn't real for me.

I knew my Dad loved me but it wasn't the love I wanted so I rejected his love, something I should have never done. That all changed once I had the love I wanted from a woman who loves me the way I need to be loved.

Now that I have the love I want, I realize that I will never have the love I once had, that I rejected, the love my father gave me, every time he gave me money.

Dear Dad,

I am so sorry that I did not appreciate the love you lavished upon me when you were here with me. I rejected your love because it wasn't the form of  love I wanted.

I always thought you were giving me money to manipulate and control me, not love me.  Only now since you have passed on do I realized the money you gave me was the only way you could love me. Miss and love you Dad.

Rest in peace,

Frederick

The Only Way I could Love You More

The AMAZING and ASTONISHING Versatility of the F Word

Women, the most DANGEROUS, Vindictive People in the world

Under certain conditions, women can be most vindictive people in the world. Don't ever cross a woman's 'line in the sand' or her sense of justice and fair play. Once you cross that line, if it takes her a lifetime, she will nail your ass. There is nothing more dangerous than a used, abused, jilted or cheat on woman, just ask Bill Cosby.  Men may have more physical strength but when it comes to 'righting a wrong' or getting even, women have more mental and emotional endurance.  Women want to be loved, respected and treated as equals. When you treat them any less than that, there will come a time when a woman will punish you for your thoughtlessness. Payback is a bitch is not just a cliche, it is also the truth.

Self-Love Creates MIRACLES

You cannot expect to feel love for yourself if you keep hating or disliking any part of yourself for any reason.

Self- love is letting go of all thoughts and feelings that live in opposition to what you want but never letting go of what you want.

Some people motive themselves by hating or disliking something about themselves. For example, hating their looks or weight may motivate them for awhile but in the end, they will hate and dislike themselves even more.

Self-love is learning to love and accept yourself exactly as you are. Self-love is recognizing the saint and sinner that lives within you and being able to live in peace with both sides of you.

My Feeling Good Newsletter is filled with powerful insights on the subject of loving yourself and loving others without fear.  The more you love yourself, the easier it to love all others different than yourself and the easier it is to give up control over the ones who want to love you. - Frederick Zappone

It Hurts to LOVE myself.

I received the following question ( see below) from a person who visits my blog and I don't have an answer for them. If you have any answers or insights you would like to share with this person, post them in the comment section. You can post your comments anonymously.

Q: Why does it hurt to love myself? I especially notice the hurt when I use the affirmation 'I Love Myself'.  Every time I repeat those words, I feel them bouncing off some kind of steel shield inside of me that is protecting the hurt I feel. Do you have any insights that can help me understand?

Can you help this person out with your own experiences about loving yourself.  Is it easy or hard for you to do? What is the best ways to love yourself. Any comments you can share I am sure will be gratefully appreciated by the person who sent me the question.

-------
I want to thank Robert Milstein for his thoughtful and detailed response to the
question the young man asked me. See his response in the comment section.

The Worst Judgment

The worst judgment is us judging that other people are judging us.

Truth is, the judgments other people may or may not have about us are none of our business.

My life got exceptionally better when I quit judging myself. That took practice.

Over the Rainbow - What a Wonderful World

The most popular entertainer in Hawaii until his tragic death in 1997, Israel Kamakawiwo'ole formed the traditional Makaha Sons as a teenager in the mid-'70s, went out on his own in more of a contemporary style by the 1990s, and released four immensely popular recordings before passing away just after the release of 1996's N Dis Life. Born in the Honolulu suburb of Kaimuki, Kamakawiwo'ole later moved to nearby Makaha. In allegiance to his new home, Israel formed the Makaha Sons of Ni'ihau with brother Skippy plus Louis "Moon" Kauakahi, Sam Gray and Jerome Koko. The Makaha Sons recorded No Kristo in 1976 and released five more albums during as many years, though Skippy's death of a heart attack in 1982 came as quite a blow to his younger brother. The group soldiered on, and became Hawaii's most popular traditional group with breakout albums like 1984's Puana Hou Me Ke Aloha and its follow-up, 1986's Ho'ola. Israel Kamakawiwo'ole decided to begin recording on his own with 1990's Ka 'Ano'i, which became the most popular Hawaiian album of the year. Though he continued his solo career, by 1991 he had recorded with the Makaha Sons of Ni'ihau again, and that year's Makaha Bash 3 set still more records in Hawaii, thanks in part to the single "Broken Promise." Another Makaha LP, Ho'oluana, appeared in 1992, though it was the last with Israel. His second solo effort, Facing Future, appeared in 1993, and 1995's E Ala E featured a reunited duet with Skippy, thanks to studio technology. Israel continued to win awards and sell very well with 1996's N Dis Life, but his ballooning weight problem (at times, he weighed over 750 pounds) caused his early death at the age of 38. ~ John Bush, Rovi

We DISGRACE the Memory of Martin Luther King, Jr.

We disgrace the memory of Martin Luther King, Jr. by honoring the man but disrespecting his teachings.

There a lot of chaos in our world today because the world is no longer ruled by love and self-respect, it is ruled by people who are controlled by their emotions.

The world is ruled by emotional reactionaries. You see it in the paper everyday, people making decisions and taking action driven by the emotions of fear, rage, anger and greed.  These people no longer think before they speak or act, instead they REACT to people and situations.

The world is controlled by people whose emotions have taken over control of their personality and dictate every thought they think and every action they take.

Commonsense, sanity and respect for others is being pushed out of society by people who have so little love and respect for themselves that they have no choice but to disrespect and mistreat everything and anything that does not mirror their reactionary bad self.

ALL EMOTIONAL REACTIONS ARE DRIVEN BY FEAR

The very thing you fear the most lives inside of you, the fear of your own thoughts and feelings (or your thoughts about other people's thoughts.. STILL your thoughts).

Your fear of your own thoughts and feelings causes you to project them outside of yourself and place them on the shoulders of others, causing you to blame others for your troubles.

As long as your fear-based emotions rule your thoughts and actions you will never be victorious, you will always end up the victim. It does not matter how many emotional wars you win, in the end, you will be a powerless, helpless victim.

If you are not the master of your thoughts and feelings,
the thoughts and feelings of others will be your master
