🔥🔥 The EASY way to Neutralize Your Negative Feelings

Good feelings are not a problem for anyone but bad feelings are.

Being addicted to food, drugs, or booze is driven by our desire to get away from our bad feelings.  Without 'bad feelings' controlling our personality, addictive behavior of any kind would cease to exist.

Knowledge We Weren't Given In SCHOOL

What they didn't teach us in school about bad feelings is that focusing on them, thinking about them, having conversations about them not only makes them persist but causes them to grow stronger until they take on a life of there own and begin operating outside our conscious control.

Neutralizing BAD Feelings

The only way to neutralize the power bad feelings have over us is to switch our attention from the 'thinking mind' to the physical heart, the seat of all of our good emotions.

All that is required to accomplish this is to put your conscious attention on your heart area by putting your hand over your heart while thinking of someone or something you appreciate or are grateful for.

As an alternative, you can gently tap your heart area with your finger tips, while thinking of someone or something you are grateful for, until you feel the good emotions of your heart starting to flow.

As you think of someone or something you appreciate, breath in slowly and deeply five times. This helps to relax the body making it easier to feel the good emotions flowing from your heart area.

Within minutes of placing your hand over your heart, you will notice a calming effect washing over your entire body.  That is because, in addition to the heart being the organ that pumps blood to all parts of the body, the heart has an intelligence of its own.

This 'intelligence'  sends commands to our thinking mind to feel good once we focus our attention on our heart area. As a reference to this way of thinking, the Heartmath Institute (https://amzn.to/2XWVIgz) has scientifically proven that our heart actually think.

Giving up Fear, Doubt and Worry

.

There are real fears that keep you physically safe and their are imagined fears that rob you of your power and take your peace of mind away from you. The problem is, most people don't know the difference between real or imagined fears and because they do not, they unwittingly become ADDICTED to fear in some form.

A LIST OF THE POSSIBLE FORMS OF FEAR YOU COULD BE ADDICTED TO.

Worry, anxiety, depression, anger, shyness, despair, hopelessness, agitation, angst, anxiety, aversion, chickenheartedness, cold feet, cold sweat, concern, consternation, cowardice, creeps, despair, discomposure, dismay, disquietude, distress, doubt, dread, faintheartedness, foreboding, fright, funk, horror, jitters, misgiving, nightmare, panic, phobia, presentiment, qualm, revulsion, scare, suspicion, terror, timidity, trembling, tremor, trepidation, unease, uneasiness, stress.

You weren't born addicted to fear, you were programmed to be addicted to fear and the longer you live, the more fearful you will become unless you put a stop to it now. When you were younger, you weren't addicted to fear, you were addicted to resisting or rebelling against fear.  Think back to all the times you wanted to do things your parents didn't want you to do.  Here are some examples

They didn't want you to stay out late. They didn't want you to hang out with this person or that person. They didn't want you going to this place or that place.  They warned you about taking drugs. They warned you against the evils of drinking, smoking and sex outside of marriage, etc.

Your parents told you all of the don't of life because they were trying to keep you safe. Unfortunately in trying to keep you safe they unwittingly programmed you with their fears rather than having you focus your attention on the things that made you feel good. So when you got into your rebellious stage, you weren't rebelling against your parents so much as you were rebelling against all of their fear-based instructions.

Why did you rebel with so much passion? The answer is simple, fear doesn't feel good.  It separates you from yourself, it makes you of two minds, one fear-driven, one love-driven. The problem with resisting or rebelling against fear is that you are doing the very thing that, in the end, will make you hopelessly addicted to fear UNLESS you take a stand and make a major attitude change now.

In order to break your addiction to fear, it requires that you become committed to trusting your good feelings more than your bad ones. Trusting your positive feelings more than your negative ones.  Trusting your hopeful feelings more than your fearful feelings.  Trusting your confident feelings more than your worrisome ones. Trusting your secure feelings more than your doubtful ones.

Positive feelings means you are thinking thoughts that are guiding you to what you want. Negative feelings means you are thinking thoughts that are guiding you away from what you want. Your feelings are your most valuable asset, properly understood, your feelings will guide you in creating a heaven on earth for yourself.  However if you ignore your feelings or misunderstand them, you will create a hell on earth for yourself full of drama, misunderstandings and unintentional hurts and disappointments.

The real addiction is pain, not pain killers. (Article)

The real addiction is not pain killers but pain itself, for if a person's wasn't addicted to pain,
they would never have a need for pain killers in the first place.. - Frederick Zappone

The Addiction to Pain
By Deepak Chopra

Common sense tells us that people naturally seek pleasure and avoid pain, but common sense is wrong. Pain is rarely a deterrent from destructive behavior. Sometimes the greater the pain, the more fiercely someone will cling to it. We see this on many fronts, from domestic abuse (when battered spouses repeatedly return to their abuser) to the Iraq conflict (where militias seem willing to slaughter each other until no one is left standing).

The ingredients of the addiction to pain are rooted in consciousness, the twists and turns of hidden motivations and beliefs. Masochism -- needing pain in order to feel pleasure -- is rarely a prime factor, in my experience. Rather, there's a stickiness to pain that overrides the physical and mental discomfort that pain obviously causes. By stickiness I mean the following:

Habit -- I'm used to my pain; it's too hard to change.
Victimization -- I'd like to be out of pain, but I'm too weak. Somebody stronger is responsible.
Revenge -- If I make you hurt more than I do, it's worth it
Numbness -- I don't feel anything, so I must not be hurting.
Religion - God wants me to feel this pain -- and you, too.
Ideology -- My pain is worthwhile because it serves a higher purpose
Shame -- I'd rather hurt than have others find out who the real me is.
Guilt -- Punishment is the redress to my past wrongs.

If pain is the real addiction, what is the solution?   This is one solution:
