How to STOP Your Worries from Coming True.

Do worries really come True? I'm afraid they do. I have had enough experience with worry to know that worries do come true.  It is not the big worries, it is the little ones that come true most often.

SOME OF THE LITTLE THINGS WE WORRY ABOUT

We worry that people won't like us or that we will get rejected for a job.  We worry we won't have enough money to pay our bills at the end of the month because we exceeded our budget.  We worry that we will never find someone to love us. These worries come true most often because we think about them most often.

The big worries rarely come true because those worries are so horrific we block them from our mind completely thereby not granting them the  'creative energy' necessary to come true.

On the other hand, our little worries come true most often because we give them too much of our time and attention. They come true because we think about them over and over again until they become automatic habits of thoughts running through our heads outside our immediate conscious control. Once that happens we set into motion a 'vibration' that attracts to us the very think we fear.

BREAKING THE WORRY HABIT

Worry thought is fear thought that pushes away from us what we want rather than attracting what we want to us. Rather than worry about your 'worry thoughts; do what I do, use them as an ALERT signal to shift your attention to something that makes you feel good to be you.

If you must worry, only worry long enough to see if there is some action you can take right now to make your worry go away. If you can't take an immediate action to resolve your worry, put it to down and focus on something that makes you happy.

Giving up your 'little worry thoughts' is not hard to do if you use them as an ALERT SIGNAL to shift your focus to taking actions and thinking thoughts that make you feel good about you.

Giving up worry takes a bit of time and practice so be kind to yourself while you master the art of becoming a non-worrier.

The ONLY Known CURE for WORRY.

You cannot think your way out of worry.

Any attempt on your part to think your way out of worry will make you worry more. And the more you worry the more you increase your chances of a becoming a victim of worry rather than its master.

Worry is fear thought and whether you know it or not, fear thought pushes what you want away from you rather than attracting what you want to you. Nothing good ever comes from worrying. All worry does is makes a bad situation worse. It never makes a bad situation better.

The only know permanent cure to eliminating worry from your life is ACTION.  Not just any kind of action, only actions that inspire or empower you in some way and make you feel good about being you..

You weren't born to worry, you were programmed to worry. You see if people, institutions or organizations cannot get you to worry, they cannot control your thinking or behavior.

The belief in loss, lack and scarcity is what causes people to worry.

If you knew there was no such thing as lack or scarcity and if you knew every loss you experienced would be replaced with something better and more valuable to you, would you ever worry? Of course not...

Until you change your belief that worry is no longer necessary, in your life, taking ACTIONS that make you feel good to be you or that inspire and empower you in some way is your cure for worry.

WARNING: Worry is seductive because it creates such a strong negative feeling in our body.  The naked truth is the only thing that makes worry worse is thinking about it while taking 'feel good' actions will make your worry feelings disappear from your body quickly..

I use 'worry thoughts' as an ALERT signal to take feel good actions which always results is me effortlessly thinking 'feel good' thoughts and experiencing 'feel good' feelings.

Giving up worry take time and practice so be kind to yourself as you work on becoming a master of worry rather than it's victim..

Be Gone All My FEARS

Nothing removes fear, doubt, worry and anxiety from your life faster than when you take the time to love yourself more.

Self-love is one of most important things you can for for yourself and yet people, out of pure ignorance, refuse to see self-love as something that can make all of their troubles disappear with effortless ease.

Self-love is not narcissistic or self-centered in any way. Self-love is a very powerful act of self-care. Without taking very good care of yourself you will not be able to take good care of others.

A lack of self-love is the primary reason for people abusing themselves or allowing other people to use and abuse them.

Most people think they know what self-love is when self-love is so much more than what they think. The fact is self-love is so powerful that it can makes the things going wrong in a person's life turn out right. That is how power true self-love is.

When you love yourself sufficiently all negativity will vanish from your life like magic. To learn more about the power of self-love, click here

Worry Your Way to PEACE Of Mind (Paradox Explained)

Worry your way to a peaceful state of mind sounds like a paradox but it's one paradox easily explained. Let's begin with a little bit of science.

Science has discovered that our brain translates every thought we think into a chemical equivalent and then delivers those chemicals (for better or worse) to every major organ of our body by way of a messenger molecule. This explains why we feel the way they do.  This discovery has enormous implication in our lives. Let me explain.

Every time we worry our brain translates those thoughts into bad chemicals that are then delivered to every major organ of our body by way of the messenger molecule. These bad chemicals compromise our immune system and makes us susceptible to serious illness.

Our body when not compromised with 'worry thoughts' has an AMAZING ability to heal itself. That, in part, explains why some people with terminal cancer are able to achieve fully restored health.

I have interviewed several people who made a complete recovery from 'terminal cancer' and to a person they told they gave up worry thoughts completely. They credit giving up worry thoughts along with forgiving themselves and others (for the things that have gone wrong in their life) as the reasons they achieved fully restored health.

From my conversations with these cancer survivors and from my own personal 'life experiences' I can tell you the easiest way to give up worry thoughts is to worry like hell. 🌝 I shall explain.

Telling someone who is worrying that worry is not good for them or that they shouldn't worry when they are worried is ludicrous.  When you tell them such nonsense you are really asking to squash or pretend they are not worried when they are.

The quickest way through worry is to go with it rather than resist it.  You see when you resist 'worry thoughts' they increase in strength and power over until you have no control over your worry thoughts at all. However, if you really get into worry, if consciously worry, your worry thoughts will starting melting away from you like magic..

Let say you are worried that you might have cancer. Instead of resisting that worry, really, really get into it per this example

I am afraid I have cancer, I am really, really afraid I have cancer. What if I have cancer, I might die if I have cancer.

I am so terrified of cancer. Why am I so terrified of cancer?

Everyone has told me what an awful disease cancer is, they advertise it on TV all the time so I must fear it.

But if I fear cancer doesn't that make my fear grow stronger and gain in strength and power over me?

Okay, I am afraid I have cancer but I don't want to go to the doctor's because they are paid to find things wrong with me.

But I should go to the doctor's because everyone says I should but it is my life and I don't want to go.

Would I go to the doctor's if I was not afraid I had cancer.

If I was not afraid I had cancer, I wouldn't be worried about having cancer. And if I wasn't worried about having cancer I would have no reason to go to the doctor.

Is my fear of cancer causing me to create cancer inside of me. Have I already created cancer inside of me. If one person cured themselves of cancer, I can too.

I have nothing to fear but my own thoughts and boy do I ever fear my own thoughts. I need to stop fearing them.

I either have cancer or I don't. If I don't, I have nothing to worry about and if I do, worry won't make it better. What should I do, what should I do... I am so confused.

Is my resistance to my of fear of cancer causing me to create cancer inside of me?  It feels like it is but what do I know I am just a stupid person who doesn't know much of anything.

Stupid or not, it is my life, I have to do what feels right for me to do regardless of what other people think. I have seen too many people I know have cancer who went the traditional way and died from the toxic chemical they were given.

Cancer is big business, a multi-billion dollar industry, they have no profit motive to cure cancer. They talk about the people they save from cancer but they never talk about the people who die of cancer because of the toxic poisons they take to kill the cancer. Besides, if I have cancer, whether I live or die, the professionals still get paid.

No one can have the interest I have in saving my own life, I have to decide what is best for me. If I turn over the health of my body to a doctor. If I give up all responsibility for my body getting well and its dies because I trusted a doctor rather than myself, it is no sweat off  the doctor's nose if I die.. His life goes on...

I could use the doctor as my consultant but be the person who makes the final decision about what's best for my body. I could do that or I could just quit worrying about it and go on with living my life.

I have read of people with terminal cancer who did just that and in the process of giving up worry and going on with their life their cancer went POOF for reasons the doctors cannot explain

I don't want to go to war with my body. I want to live in peace and harmony with my body. I need to think better thoughts about my body...

Keep your rambling worry dialogue up until you either get bored with the worry or you begin to feel lighter and brighter instead of heavier and depressed when you are resisting your worry.

The alternative to really get into worrying about a situation is to use worry as an ALERT signal to shift your focus to thoughts and actions that make you feel good about being you.

If worry has got you by the throat, going through it, as described above is the fastest way to get out of it.  If you got questions about going through worry to dissolve it, post a comment below.

“If a problem is fixable, if a situation is such that you can do something about it, then there is no need to worry. If it's not fixable, then there is no help in worrying. There is no benefit in worrying whatsoever.” ― Dalai Lama XIV

“Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create.” “Worrying is carrying tomorrow's load with today's strength- carrying two days at once. It is moving into tomorrow ahead of time. Worrying doesn't empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength.”― Corrie ten Boom

The Powerful and Crippling Relationship Between Money, Shame, Pain, Embarassment and the Law of Attraction

Today, I wrote a series of six different articles, including this one, about why people find it so hard to make the money they want. The simple fact is worry thoughts produce 'negative creative thoughts' that cause you to unconsciously push away from yourself money-making ideas and opportunities that would work for you.

Here is the problem, if you were shamed, embarrassed or people got angry with you about money during your growing up years and into your late twenty's, you are programmed to fail financially regardless of how hard you work to become financially successful.

The articles I wrote today will release and remove from you the unacknowledged shame, pain and  embarrassment you have about money that, so far, have stopped you from becoming the financially independent person you've  always dreamed of becoming.

LET ME BE CLEAR HERE

When it comes to shame, pain and embarrassment around money, no one has had more of it than I've had.  I don't blame anyone for it because none of the people who shamed or embarrassed me around money had any idea what they were doing to me. They were just doing to me, unconsciously, what others had done to them. Some of the shame and pain I experienced around money was so severe that thoughts of suicide floated through my head.

The fact is, it's the spiritual birthright of each of us to 'thrive and prosper' financially but that cannot happen as long as people are stuck with self-defeating beliefs about money that push money away from them rather than attract it to them.

GIVING YOU A HEAD'S UP  SO YOU DON'T GO CRAZY ON ME.

My articles (see list below) includes information about my Money Secret Program and my Money Coaching PDF file.

My program and coaching file will give you the REAL LIFE education you need about money so you are free from the 'mental and emotional' constraints that have stopped you (or at least slowed you down) from become the financially powerful person you are meant to be.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: My Money Secret Program is not a money maker for me.  It is an educational program available to you by a donation in the amount of your choosing.

My Money Secret Program and Coaching PDF file that comes with it will set you straight about the true nature of money. As a result of reading my information,  you will no longer be baffled or confused by the bullshit other people have fed you about money that, so far, has prevented you from being in full control of your life and your financial destiny.

Enjoy your Money Reading Adventure and if you have questions or comments be sure and post them. All thoughtful comments will be posted and responded to, the disrespectful ones will be deleted.

Resisting FEAR is the Stupidest Thing I ever Did.

Fear stalks me, it has ever sent I was a small child.  Not understanding fear, I trembled in its presence. I resisted it, ran from it, fought with it, cursed it, wrestled with it and hated it.  As a result of resisting fear rather than understanding it, I experienced anxiety and chronic depression for years. Fear paralyzed me and stopped me from taking actions that were good for me. Fear made me feel flawed and defective.  Fear caused me to have nightmares, it humiliated me, shamed me and almost destroyed me until I discovered, quit by accident, that fear is a paper dragon, all bark and no bite.

One particular night I experienced so much fear that I thought the devil, himself, was coming to take me home with him. My fear was terrorizing  me, so much so, that I thought about killing myself. In that moment when thoughts of suicide entered my mind,  I got so mad, so angry at  being afraid that I got up the courage to face my fear head on. The moment, I did, my fear, like a thief in the night, retreated into the darkness, out of my sight and peace descended upon me.

That is the night I learned that fear resisted grows in strength and power over you while fear embraced and faced head on dissolves right before your eyes.

FEAR COMES IN MANY DIFFERENT FORMS, SHAPES AND SIZES

There are over 200 code words for fear; words such as worry, stress, anxiety, tension, depression, dread and cowardice to name just a few. Anything that makes you 'feel ill at ease' in your own skin is fear operating in the background of your life.   As a result of what I learned about fear, I started writing a twice monthly newsletter titled Feeling Good, No Matter what.  In my newsletter I share with others everything I know about making fear dissolve from a person's life with no effort at all. Giving up Fear, Doubt and Worry

.

There are real fears that keep you physically safe and their are imagined fears that rob you of your power and take your peace of mind away from you. The problem is, most people don't know the difference between real or imagined fears and because they do not, they unwittingly become ADDICTED to fear in some form.

A LIST OF THE POSSIBLE FORMS OF FEAR YOU COULD BE ADDICTED TO.

Worry, anxiety, depression, anger, shyness, despair, hopelessness, agitation, angst, anxiety, aversion, chickenheartedness, cold feet, cold sweat, concern, consternation, cowardice, creeps, despair, discomposure, dismay, disquietude, distress, doubt, dread, faintheartedness, foreboding, fright, funk, horror, jitters, misgiving, nightmare, panic, phobia, presentiment, qualm, revulsion, scare, suspicion, terror, timidity, trembling, tremor, trepidation, unease, uneasiness, stress.

You weren't born addicted to fear, you were programmed to be addicted to fear and the longer you live, the more fearful you will become unless you put a stop to it now. When you were younger, you weren't addicted to fear, you were addicted to resisting or rebelling against fear.  Think back to all the times you wanted to do things your parents didn't want you to do.  Here are some examples

They didn't want you to stay out late. They didn't want you to hang out with this person or that person. They didn't want you going to this place or that place.  They warned you about taking drugs. They warned you against the evils of drinking, smoking and sex outside of marriage, etc.

Your parents told you all of the don't of life because they were trying to keep you safe. Unfortunately in trying to keep you safe they unwittingly programmed you with their fears rather than having you focus your attention on the things that made you feel good. So when you got into your rebellious stage, you weren't rebelling against your parents so much as you were rebelling against all of their fear-based instructions.

Why did you rebel with so much passion? The answer is simple, fear doesn't feel good.  It separates you from yourself, it makes you of two minds, one fear-driven, one love-driven. The problem with resisting or rebelling against fear is that you are doing the very thing that, in the end, will make you hopelessly addicted to fear UNLESS you take a stand and make a major attitude change now.

In order to break your addiction to fear, it requires that you become committed to trusting your good feelings more than your bad ones. Trusting your positive feelings more than your negative ones.  Trusting your hopeful feelings more than your fearful feelings.  Trusting your confident feelings more than your worrisome ones. Trusting your secure feelings more than your doubtful ones.

Positive feelings means you are thinking thoughts that are guiding you to what you want. Negative feelings means you are thinking thoughts that are guiding you away from what you want. Your feelings are your most valuable asset, properly understood, your feelings will guide you in creating a heaven on earth for yourself.  However if you ignore your feelings or misunderstand them, you will create a hell on earth for yourself full of drama, misunderstandings and unintentional hurts and disappointments.

To learn more about your feelings, subscribe to my Feeling Good, No Matter What, Newsletter.  Once you do, you will learn how to use your feelings to guide you in producing incredible results in your life with very little effort at all.  The newsletter explains why when you can't fully express yourself, you will automatically depress yourself or feel upset. From reading the newsletter, you will also find out how to easily dig yourself out from under any dark emotion you feel. My newsletter will allow you to develop an addiction that serves you and the people you love, the addiction to feeling good, no matter what.

Life is EASY when you change your Thinking

.
The Story behind Feeling Good (No Matter What) Newsletter.

The events of my early life (which included death, financial ruin and lost love) left me feeling anxious and worried most of the time.  The events made me doubt and distrust myself. In addition, I allowed those events to put me into a chronic state of depression that no amount of pills or therapy could cure.. At that point, in my life, I could have quit, given up. I could have even committed suicide but I didn't.

Instead, I used what life threw my way to motivate myself to find a new way of thinking, a way of thinking that would set me free to create a life full of joy, inspiration, happiness and success. I did just that for myself .... and from my experience of turning bad feelings into good ones, my Feeling Good, No Matter What, Newsletter was born. The information in my newsletter is not based on academic theory.

The information is based on the personal experiences of myself and thousands of others in regards to 'what works' in mastering negative emotions and transforming them into positive ones.

Science has proven your brain translates every thought you think into a chemical equivalent and then delivers those chemicals  by way of a 'messenger molecule' to the major organs in your body. The implication of this discovery are enormous and explains, in simple terms, why you feel the way you do.

Positive thoughts get translated into good chemicals that make you feel good and negative thoughts get translated into to bad chemicals that make you feel bad.

Why is the information about your brain's ability to translate your thoughts into chemical equivalents important for you to know?

Because my newsletter delivers 'cutting edge'  insights to you, twice a month, that not only strengthen you mentally and emotionally, they also result in your brain automatically translating those thoughts into there chemical equivalents that cause you experience increased levels of energy, vitality and physical stamina.

Inspirational Quotes About FEAR....

When a resolute young fellow steps up to the great bully, the world, and takes him boldly by the beard, he is often surprised to find it comes off in his hand, and that it was only tied on to scare away the timid adventurers. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Fear is the main source of superstition, and one of the main sources of cruelty. To conquer fear is the beginning of wisdom. - Bertrand Russell

We attempt to control those that we fear with fear.  If there is such a thing as the devil, its code name is fear. - Anonymous

Curiosity will conquer fear even more than bravery will. - James Stephens

You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing which you think you cannot do. = Eleanor Roosevelt

Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy. - Dale Carnegie

The enemy is fear. We think it is hate; but, it is fear. - Gandhi

Every time I 'reacted' then act on my reaction that was an ALERT signal telling me that 'fear' was running my life...

All fear is good for is making a bad situation worse and creating more fear in our life until we become afraid of everyone and everything.

The worst thing about fear is that it makes us afraid of ourselves, of our own thoughts and feelings. - Frederick Zappone

Why Feel Bad?

To my knowledge feeling bad has never made something good happen. It has however created more bad in the world. Feeling bad has led people to abuse, kill and murder other people. Feeling bad has caused people to go to war against other people. Feeling bad has caused people to molest and rape other people. Feeling bad has caused people to do drugs, overeat and drink themselves to death. Feeling bad has caused people to commit suicide.  Feeling bad has caused people to take pills to sedate their bad feelings only to find out, later on, the pills came with harmful side effects that made them feel worse.

Why feel bad when it is possible to feel good regardless of the negative people and circumstances surrounding you. Not only that, the better you feel, the better your circumstances will become and the more positive the negative people around you will become.

A Worry (War) Story

I wrote a friend of mine about how I gave up worry cold turkey.
Here is her comment back to me about worry and my response to it.:

 A Worry (War) Story

I have at times almost felt guilty for NOT feeling guilty or worrying. - Katie
(Need the finest soaps, visit Katie's site, Click Here)

I know that one well.  I was a worrier, a catholic worrier, from the time I was seven years old when I started believing the catholic teachings about lying and going to hell. At 16, I was attending Saint Vincent Prep.  I was walking up past the school library when I SUDDENLY realized I wasn't worrying about anything. The rush of inner freedom I felt from not worrying was so powerful that it scared the poop out of me and I, immediately, started worrying over the fact I wasn't worrying (in hindsight, how stupid I was). And before I knew it I was pulled back into the worried state of mind that lasted up until a few months ago when I gave up WORRY, cold turkey. As I said in my prior letter to you, the first week of giving up worry was hell. I wore a rubber band around my wrist and every time I caught myself falling back into that worried state of mind, I snapped the band against my wrist to snap me out of a worry spell. After one week of snapping the band against my wrist. I had completely reprogrammed my mind to become worry free. How liberating it is not to worry any more.
