Why I Fully Trust God.

Here are a few things I know for sure about God. 

God is not something we have to prove to others. It is only something we have to prove to ourselves. And once we prove to ourselves that God is real there is no need to prove to others what is true for us. 

You cannot see God but you can feel his presence, power and energy coursing through your veins. God is not judgmental. God only wants us to be happy.  God is not found in religion, He is found in our hearts.

God is kind, benevolent, fair and just. He protects us at all times and under all circumstances if we fully trust HIM.  The reason I fully trust God is because when I do, I always feel good about being me. When I don't fully trust God, I feel rotten about being me.

WE HAVE TO DO OUR PART

Just because we fully trust God doesn't mean that we don't have to do our part to make our life a heaven on earth because we do. Any thought you think or action you take that makes you feel good about being you is you living and working in harmony with the power, presence, an intelligence of God living within you. 

There is nothing that can separate us from God 'grace and power' except thoughts of fear. Thoughts of fear  cut us off from God's power, guidance and protection. This explains why we feel so vulnerable and alone when we we thinking  and/or entertaining thoughts of fear. 

For myself when 'fear thoughts' start to overwhelm my mind, I turn them over to God to handle for me and then go about thinking thoughts and doing things that make me feel good about being me.

For Those People Who Feel Abandoned By God

Just because we feel abandoned by God does not mean God has abandoned us, it just means we are not aware of His presence  

I must admit, it is hard to be unaware of God's presence when you realize that not one human being could have possibly created the Universe and all the wonderful things in the Universe. Things such as the birds and bees, flowers and trees along with the stars in the skies, the water in the oceans and the vast galaxies that go light-years beyond our own galaxy along with creating the likes of you and me.

For myself when I am not feeling God's presence that simply means 'thoughts of fear' are ruling my life.  When I feel God's presence I always feel good about being me.  To feel God's presence I have to focus on what I love, what I am grateful for, what makes me happy 

It is God intention for all of us to be happy and to be deeply in love with ourselves and with each other. God wants us to love ourselves as He loves us, unconditionally. He love everything about us. He loves us exactly as we are and wants us to love ourselves that way too.

This I know for sure, all thoughts and feelings that make me feel good about being me are from God, the rest are not.

The EASY Way To Hear GOD Talking To You.

We can't see or touch God but we can unmistakably feel him. We can feel his presence and energy coursing through our veins. When we are feeling good, we are feeling God being one with us.

The better you feel, the closer to God you are, the worse you feel, the further away from God you are.  All thoughts that make you feel good are from God, the rest are not. 

Fighting with or resisting thoughts that make you feel negative in any way push you away from your 'energetic' connection to God.   

God's advice on maintaining a connection to him is to ALLOW all negative thoughts and feelings to harmlessly pass you by like clouds in the sky. If you do that, they will. This takes practice but it is worth it.

Arguing with or having conversations with your negative thoughts or feelings allows those negative thoughts and feelings to cut you off from your connection to the God of your understanding .

The God of your understanding is constantly sending you trustworthy messages of guidance and advice so you can create a 'heaven on earth' for yourself in spite of the nonsense going on in the world outside of you. Your spiritual birthright is to feel your connection to God all the time and when you are feeling good, you are feeling that connection.

When you are feeling good God's messages of guidance and advice spontaneously appear in your mind out of thin air.  God's messages will appear in your mind on a regular basis as long as you remember all thoughts that make you feel good are from God, the rest are not.

Hey God, it is Frederick here. I don't want to get all weepy and sentimental on you, but it is you God, I love above all the rest.  I know saying this out loud God could make me look like a 'crazy' in some people eyes but then again, they don't know you the way I do... I never found you in the bible or in churches I attended. I never found you through the words of a priest, minister or rabbi.  

Instead, I found you inside me beating my heart and exhaling air in and out of my lungs without me giving it a second thought. I found you in my hearing, hearing the sweets sounds of children laughing, music playing and babies soft sighs. I found you in my eyes, seeing you in the oceans, deserts, the mountains far away and the stars and planets in the sky.  I have smelled your heavenly aroma in the flowers in the field and have tasted you in the sweet vegetables grown from the earth you created for me.

I see you when I look into the eyes of my children, grandchildren, family, friends and strangers on the street. I see you everywhere, in everything all the time, and because I do, I'm madly in love with you.

The power of the world belong to all the citizens of the world, not just a privileged few.  To exercise your power you must speak up,  speak out, and speak your truth consistently to everyone in your life. In other words, to be a powerful person in this world, you must fully express yourself rather than allow other people to depress and discourage you from fully expressing yourself. 

Most people have no idea of the difference they make in life. They have no idea that a quick smile and caring word quickly spoken to a stranger on the street, during the rush hour, can pick a person's spirit up when he is feeling down. An unexpected smile and a kind word, often times, is the only thing that stops someone from committing suicide or going postal and killing others.  It is the little things we do that make the biggest difference in life... And the more  'little things' we do that feel good to us, the more the universe reveal to us our powerful side to make big things happen too....  Continue reading.

Experiencing God without faith, dogma or doctrine (My Experience)

God is not a concept, dogma or belief that lives between our ears any more than the 'love' we feel from those who love us lives between our ears.  God is real. God is something we experience directly, not in physical form like we experience our girlfriend or boyfriend, but as a feeling, a presence.

You know you are connected to God when you feel one with yourself and everyone around you. You know you are connected to God when despite less than ideal circumstances you feel peace surround you.

You know you are connected with God when all feels right with the world even though all the evidence says nothing is right with the world.

God is heartfelt.  When the sunset moves you to tears, you are feeling the presence of God.  God is not a mystery but a living breathing experience. When we notice our heart is beating and that we breath in and out with no effort at all, we are feeling the presence of  God.

The experience of God is a delicious feeling, it is one free from stress, doubt and worry.  

God feels like cool ocean waves washing over us on a hot summer's day.  We feel God's presence when we smile back at the little baby smiling back at us.  

We feel God when we stand in in awe of the softness and beauty of the cloud overheads.

And when God works with nature,  the feeling of God's presence can overwhelm the senses.
