Who Really Cares If I'm Depressed or in PAIN?

The 'naked truth' be told, it actually doesn't matter if anyone cares if I am feeling depressed or in pain.  People caring about my state of health changes nothing about it. The only person who should care and who has the power to do something about my state of health is me. And for that reason alone I care deeply about how I feel.

The first step I take when feeling depressed or in pain is ACTION.

As an example, today I have a stomach ache and feeling down because no one is supporting my 'nude writings' with donations. 

I could pity myself for having a stomach ache for some unknown reason. I could feel sorry for myself that no one is supporting my 'nude writings' with donations or I can take ACTION and that's what I am doing. 

In this case, the form of my action is writing the 'naked truth' about what is going on with me.  Other times the action could be me going for a walk in nature or volunteering at the Human Society or Meals on Wheels.   

The point of me taking action when I am feeling poorly is to feel good.  In the process of  FOCUSING on doing things that make me feel good (writing articles that inspire other people makes me feel good) my spirits begin rising and the pain in my stomach begins to disappear.

For myself, I have found in every case, over a period of forty years, if I power through my pain and low moods by focusing on actions that makes me feel good my condition of excellent health is fully restored to me. This happens to me every single time without fail.

I have proven to myself time and time again that focusing on what's wrong with me makes me sicker while focusing on what makes me happy  makes me well..  This is not objective proof or medical proof about the power of focus to transform your body from sickness to wellness, this is subjective proof. This is what works for me.

I learned a long time ago that whatever I focus my attention on I attract more of the same.  If I focus on my pains and low moods my pain and low moods get worse. However if I shift my focus and take ACTION doing things I know that will make me happy my pain and low moods disappear completely 100% of the time...

Focus on problems, obstacles and roadblocks and that becomes your life experience.

Your energy, that creates your reality, flows where your attention goes. 

If you know that you can 'beam' your attention, anywhere, at anytime, negative experiences of any sort will no longer be a problem for you.... Why???

BECAUSE in order for a negative experience to EXIST and PERSIST, you must keep your attention focused on it.... The moment you take your attention away from a negative experience, it begins to dissolve, naturally and automatically, in your 3-D world.  

You don't have to solve problems to make them disappear, you simply have to withdraw your attention from them. When you do that, problems will start disappearing from your life, effortlessly.  Just as a fire goes out when fuel is not added to it, problems disappear, as if by magic, when you withdraw your attention (fuel) from them.  

INTENTIONS COME TRUE WHEN YOU PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU 'DO WANT' AND WITHDRAW  YOUR ATTENTION FROM WHAT YOU DON'T WANT.

Why People Have a Hard Time Creating the REALITY they want...


It's a fact that whatever you focus your attention on manifests as reality in your life. That being true, why is it that most people don't see or understand that moment by moment they are creating every bit of their reality both the good and bad of it by what they have their attention focused on.....  

ANSWER: They don't see or understand this fact because they are too busy having their attention focused on (fixated on) others people's thoughts and words and creating their reality instead. Scary thought, isn't it, creating other people's ((friend, family, co-workers, media, ministers) reality rather than your own.

Got Problems? Lighten Up, Let Go, PLAY...



So many people with so many problems.......

They have relationship problems, money problems, love problems, health problems. In 99% of the cases, that 'thing' that's trying to figure out the answer or solution to their problems is FEAR.

And the more they come from fear while trying to solve their problem, the worse their fears get and the worse their problem becomes. You see there is a LAW, a very simple law  and it goes like this:  

Whatever you FOCUS your attention on, you attract more of the same.

If you focus on thoughts or feelings that make you feel bad, you attract more of the same kind of thoughts and feelings. The reason for this is because your FOCUS is on what make you feel bad rather than what makes you feel good, what makes you feel most ALIVE.

Feelings are your first physical evidence that something (good or bad) is coming true for you? Don't like what's coming true for you, change your thoughts. The moment you do, your feelings begin changing too. 

If you have a  problem of any kind and you have done everything you know to do to make it disappear from your life and still the problem persists, DO NOTHING. Let me explain.

Putting time and energy into a problem you cannot solve allows it to grow in strength and power over you until you are completely powerless to do anything about the problem.

Often times, with a chronic problem, you are resisting it and fighting with it which makes it persist rather than disappear from your life.  After you have done everything you know to do to make a chronic problem disappear from your life, if you do nothing, one of the following three things will happen to the problem.  

NUMBER 1. the problem will simply disappear from your life for no logical reason you can explain. One day you have the problem and the next day you're aware the problem is no longer in your life. 


NUMBER 2. In doing nothing to solve your problem, the mind relaxes and when you least expect it, the answer to your problem spontaneously appear in your mind, seemingly out of thin air. And when the answer does appear, even before you apply the answer, you will know with absolutely certainty the answer will solve the problem for you.  (This happens to me a lot.) 

NUMBER 3. During the time you are doing nothing to solve your problem, when you least expect it, a person, an article, a book, a workshop, event or situation will show up in your life that contains the answer to your problem.  When that happens, you will intuitively know without a shadow of a doubt that the answer you unexpectedly received is the right answer for you.

BRAKING NEW: See who is PLEDGING one act of violence a day.

You are here for one reason because you are against violence and because you fear it. My 'teaser headline' brought you here plus an number of government officials. Why did I write it?  To make a point, and the point is our focus is all wrong in this country. We are so focused on being against something we forgot how to be for something, for great things, for the best of things. 

THE BACKSTORY TO THE 'BRAKING NEWS' HEADLINE  

Before I wrote the 'Braking News' headline. I wrote this one and posted it.

Take the Kindness Pledge:  I pledge to do one act of kindness a day.   

How many people do you think clicked on that headline? As close to zero as you can get without actually hitting it. Why so little interest in kindness?   Because people are more focused on being against something (violence) rather than being for something (kindness)

WHY I AM NOT AGAINST ANYTHING 

I am not against anything because the moment I am, I give my 'personal power' away to it.  When I am against something, I draw attention to it. When I am against something, I make it stronger. When I am against something I am wasting time focusing my energy on what I DON'T WANT rather than focusing my energy on things I DO WANT such as:

  • Peace
  • Health
  • Prosperity
  • Harmony
  • Cooperation
  • Understanding
  • Unity
  • Love

When I am against something, it puts me into a state of mind that does not feel good. The way I handle things I do not like is I do not pay them any attention at all. That doesn't mean I deny things I do not like. That means I accept 'what is' so I can focus my attention on 'what will be.' I focus my attention exclusively on what I DO like and leaving alone those things I do not like. In other words, I do not energize things I do not like. I do not make them come alive again by replaying them in my memory, over and over again. Instead I focus my attention and actions exclusively on the things I do want to see come true for myself and my country and one of those things is PEACE for everyone with no one left out.

Whatever you focus you attention on, you attract more of the same.

People focusing on what they have that they don't want doesn't change 'what is,' so why do people continue to to focus on what they don't want. The answer is this: 

They continue to focus on what they don't want because they are addicted to the pain of not having what they want. It is not logical but it is what people do.

The conscious mind loves to have us focus on lack, especially the lack of power in regards to any conflict we have with our subconscious mind..  By getting us to focus on the lack of power, without us being fully aware of what we are doing, the conscious mind not only keeps us in a defeated state but it makes us feel angry, unloved, misunderstood and alone. The solution to this problem is to keep your focus on what makes you feel most ALIVE in life and leave alone those things that make you feel less than the magnificent, powerful, lovable human being that you truly are.

Creating Reality

Focusing on what makes you feel good will eventually become reality for you because that's how the 'organizing intelligence of the universe' works. It uses its power to create reality for you based on whatever you focus your attention on the most.

Circumstances

.
No matter how terrible your circumstances are, you can only continue to feel badly about them if you continue to focus your attention on them. Instead of doing that, switch focus and focus your attention on what makes you feel good and you will.

When you focus on what you DO WANT it expands and takes over more of your mind until it, eventually, manifests itself into your physical reality. The opposite is also true.

Allow

.
You don't have control over all the thoughts that show up in your mind. However, you do have control over which ones you will focus your attention on and which ones you will ALLOW to pass out of your mind as quickly as they entered your mind.

Mood

.
The quickest way through a dark mood is to 'feel what you feel' 
while your attention is focused on things that interest you. If you do
that, your dark mood will harmlessly pass you by like clouds in the sky.
