I'm ANGRY at you, Yes YOU.. I've good reason to be

If you are reading this, chances are you have read a lot of things I have posted otherwise I am pretty sure you wouldn't be here now..

Why am I angry?

I'm angry at you for not reading my Love Is All  I Know book.

You say anger is not loving?

I say you don't know squat about love...

I'll tell you what's not loving.

Pretending you are not angry when you are. That's not loving, that's dishonesty. What's not loving is suppressing your angry rather than expressing in an honest and authentic way. Suppressing your anger does damage to your body, what's loving about that?

You can express anger without chewing someone's head off.

Anger expressed violently is ANGER THAT HAS BEEN SUPPRESSED FOR WAY TOO LONG A PERIOD OF TIME

Love requires honesty and full expression of all of your feelings, including angry.  Anger expressed with compassion inspires and empowers everyone.. Anger in its simplest form is energy trapped inside your body looking for way to express itself creatively..

Now that I have expressed myself in regards to why I am angry at you, give yourself a chance to bring more love into your life by reading my highly acclaimed book titled: Love Is All I Know

Emotions are neither Good or Bad, They are ENERGY

To judge our emotions as negative or positive is to do ourselves a huge disservice. All emotions are vibrations, they are energy. Our job is to figure out how to make them work for rather than against us. For example, anger fuels my success. It is a powerful emotion and when I allow myself to feel it without judging it in any way I find myself energized and motivated to accomplish great things.

In my experience (and in the experience of many people I have worked with) depression is a result of us trying to suppress our anger rather than express it in creative and healthy ways.  Being afraid of or judging any of our emotions in a negative way stops us from fully being ourselves.

We feel what we feel for a reason and the reason is always good. Emotions are here to guide us to what we want and protect us from what we don't want. Every one of our emotions are our friends if we take the time to understand them rather than making ourselves wrong for having them or actively work on pushing them away from ourselves.

The first step to making any emotion (or feeling) you judge as negative, in any way, your friend is to embrace it

If you have questions about making an emotion you judge in a negative way work for rather than against you, post your question in the comment section of this blog entry and I will answer it for you.

Turning Human Weakness into God-Like STRENGTH

FACTOID: Whatever weakness we deny in ourselves will eventually show up and get 'acted out' by the people around us.

My greatest weakness was my anger. Today it's my greatest strength.

For the longest time I suppressed my anger as a way of dealing with it. Suppressing my anger didn't make it go away, it made it go into hiding. The problem with denying my anger is that it unconsciously caused me to attract a lot of angry people into my life.

HOW MY ANGER GOT STARTED.

When I was 7 my dad had a nervous breakdown and ended up in a mental hospital where he was administered SHOCK therapy. When he came home, every time I got upset my mother would shut me down by telling me that my anger would send my dad back to the hospital. And since I didn't want that to happen, I began suppressing my anger.

Little did I know that by suppressing my anger, I was creating a condition that I would have to deal with the rest of my life.

Anger or any negative emotion is not a bad thing, it's only when we suppress or deny our negative emotions that they become bad things. Suppression of negative emotions cause them to burrow (or bury) themselves into our subconscious mind and take on a life of their own outside our immediate conscious control.

The solution to denying our weakness is to embrace it. By embracing it we can learn from it and eventually turn our weakness into strength.

When we suppress or deny our weakness it gets stronger. When we embrace our weakness it get weaker.

In my case, as long as I suppressed or denied my anger, it got stronger and had more control over me than it had before.

In the beginning my anger scared me because I knew when I got really angry, all reason left me. If I allowed my anger to get outside my control I knew I could do terrible things that I would never be able to change.

Once I made up to mind to face my anger head on, it became my teacher instead of something that could destroy me.  Anger taught me many things. It taught me that uncontrolled anger has no place in this world if we want to live in peace and harmony with one another.

Anger ALERTS us when our sense of justice is violated.

Being angry is okay but acting out our anger is not. That is unless you're 'acting out' your anger in the privacy of your home by beating the shit out of a pillow. I did that one time and had feather's flying everywhere.

My experiences with anger taught me to process my 'angry reactions' privately and then respond appropriately (with compassion) to the person or situation that triggered my anger in the first place.

WALKING OFF YOUR ANGER

Anger in its simplest form is energy imploding inside of us rather than being creatively expressing outside of us.

Energy imploding side of us is very uncomfortable and seeks an immediate release. I discovered the 'energy of anger' gets dissipated very quickly through exercise (or walking) and allows me to rationally deal with whatever pissed me off in the first place.

This morning my anger gave me the inspiration and energy to write this article about turning weakness into strength.  When I make my anger work for me I feel a release inside of me. When I deny my anger, I feel increased pressure in my body.  When I acknowledge my anger and use it in a positive way I feel both relief and satisfaction.

TURNING YOUR GREATEST WEAKNESS INTO STRENGTH

What is your greatest weakness?   Is it anxiety, worry, booze, drugs, sex, unfaithfulness, gambling, food, lying or something else. Whatever it is by embracing it rather than running from it you can transform your most shameful weakness into your greatest strength.

If you like, I can help you transform you weakness into strength by writing an article that addresses the solution to your specific weakness and posting it up here on my blog.

In the comment section you can post ANONYMOUSLY, your greatest weakness with as much detail as possible. Once I understand your weakness I will post an article explaining to you how you can transform your particular weakness into your greatest strength.

Do You Feel Misunderstood by People? (Article)

Our deepest and most lasting hurts come from people not understanding us. People not understanding us is the source of conflict and the one of the main reasons relationships (personal, business, social) end.

There is nothing more frustrating in life than when people don't understand us.  Without being understood by people we feel we are invisible in this world. Not being understood by people makes us feel powerless, helpless, and unwitting victims of life.

The Internet is a place people go to wanting to be understood by  others only to discover, time and time again, that they are misunderstood by others more than they are understood.

Internet communications are one dimensional.  You have words on a screen but you have no voice clues or body language to go along with those words to understand a person at the deepest level.

That being said, what is the solution to being understood on the Internet? The solution is to be more direct in your communications with people. Spell things out in black and white terms rather than using vague words that cause people to misunderstand you. People are not mind readers so if you don't want to be misunderstood by people speak clearly to them. This applies to both online and offline conversations.

SPEAKING CLEARLY TO YOU.

Here are a few things you should know about me.

I am writing this blog to connect with like-minded people. I want to contribute to the health and happiness of people who read my blog and in return I want my readers to support my blog.

SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME.

I am much like you. I am an ordinary person striving to do the ordinary things in life, like writing, extraordinarily well.

I am not nearly as strong as many people think I am.  I am very protective of my vulnerable side. I am also not as smart as I sometimes lead people to believe. And I am definitely not all that loving.

I have a 'mean streak' in me that I must rein in every single day. I go through my life with memories of anger running in the background of my mind because I have not yet taken full responsibility for the anger I experienced as child.  I am currently working on solving that problem.

HERE IS WHAT I KNOW FOR SURE...

To be understood by people is to feel loved by people. To feel misunderstand by people is to feel rejected by people.

I also know if people have no 'willingness' to understand me then no matter what I say to them or how I say it, they will not understand me.

The reason some people have no willingness to understand us is because their interest isn't in understanding us, there interest is in controlling us. If we get upset when people don't understand us, that means they are controlling us. It also means we think we need those people more than they need us.

When I come to the conclusion that a person has no willingness to understand me, I make that okay with myself and let the conversation go. Sometimes I let the person go too.

When ANGER works and When it Doesn't

Anger gets you what you want when you have something that another person cannot live without.

For example, getting angry as a boss will get you what you want as long as the person needs the money you are paying him.

Anger works if people think they can't live without whatever you are offering them such as love or a roof over their head. However if you have nothing people need from you, anger won't work for you.

Anger alerts you when your sense of justice has been violated but it won't get you justice unless you handle your 'anger reaction' privately and respond appropriately to the injustice done to you.

Anger in its simplest form is 'trapped emotional energy' imploding within you rather than being creatively expressed outside of you.

Anger is a good thing when used to keep your life on track or to help you survive being attacked by someone. Anger in and of itself to solve problems rarely works. In most cases, uncontrolled anger in you will call forth uncontrolled anger in another person that will escalate until physical damage is done to one or both of you.

Anger is a very high form of 'human energy' and used appropriately can allow you to become a very powerful person in your world. Uncontrolled anger, on the other hand, can result in the total and complete destruction and collapse of your life. How you use your anger is up to you.

Beware The Angry Heart

Anger can lead to real heartbreak. A person's risk of having a heart attacked increased nearly five-fold within two hours of having an angry outburst. According to a Harvard University review of more than 6,000 people who experienced a cardiovascular event. The risk of stroke increased more than threefold. Anger ups heart rate and blood pressure and makes blood vessels stiffen, straining the cardiovascular system.

At one time I was one of the angriest people you could possible know although with a great deal of will power I kept my anger in check. The problem was because I wasn't dealing with my issue of anger it became harder and harder to keep myself from exploding in someone's face.

I knew I had to deal with my anger when it got so bad that I literally felt my arm starting to slug someone independent of any conscious thought on my part. I was able to stop myself in time but that incident scared me. It made me get to the root of my anger. That's when I discovered that anger was the worst form of self-abuse we can inflict upon ourselves.

When we don't love ourselves sufficiently our default system is one anger, this is especially true for people brought up in an environment where they had a lot of angry and abusive people in their life.

Today, I rarely feel any angry impulses at all.  It took loving myself sufficiently to exchange my angry heart for a heart of  peace and understanding of myself and others.  If you want read my journey from Self-loathing to Self-Love, click here

Why your ANGER Sucks!

You are an idiot if you think getting angry at someone will change change their thoughts, words or actions in any way. Sorry to inform you but getting angry at someone only makes them more resolute in not changing.  If getting angry at someone did any good Hillary Clinton would have been elected President and not Donald Trump.

Getting angry at someone is what people do when they deny how powerless they feel about changing something they do not like.

Getting angry at someone ultimately will take you to no place good. In fact if you get angry enough, you might kill someone.

Angry is the emotion that ultimately motivates people to kill people, A person is angry because they don't like how another person is being and the anger builds and builds until it take over complete control of a person's personality. Once that happens the person who allowed anger to be their master rather than mastering their angry say and does bad things that can never be undone.

Anger is an ALERT SIGNAL that you are thinking thoughts and taking actions are can cause injury to yourself and others. It is an ALERT signal that you are thinking the wrong thoughts for you. Anger alerts you that you're thinking thoughts that are not working for you, thoughts that are pushing what you want away from you rather than attracting it to you.

Anger is the #1 emotion  your subconscious mind uses to prevent you from knowing the truth about a person or circumstance. As the old saying goes, the truth shall set you free but first it shall piss you off.

Only GOOD comes from my ANGER...

.

ANGER HAS GOTTEN A BAD RAP...

Have you ever been so angry that you wanted to kill someone?  Have you ever been so angry that you wanted to strangle the shit out of someone?

Everything you read about anger is negative. No one has anything good to say about anger and yet anger is not the problem nor does it cause problems.  It is the denial of anger that is the problem. Anger denied turns into toxic poison that rots out the soul. Anger felt but denied is a person lying to themselves about something that hurt, upset or disappointed them.  Anger felt but not expressed, in constructive and healthy ways, turns inwards and causes disease.

Have you ever been angry?

Anger is an ALERT SIGNAL that your sense of justice has been violated.

Anger means you are doing something right for the wrong reason.

Anger means that you are doing things you really do not want to do..

Anger means you are waking up to your TRUTH...

Anger means you are beginning to value yourself as much as you value other people.

Anger means you are no longer going to be other people's doormat.

Anger means your passion to take better care of yourself is knocking at the doorway of your heart.

Anger means you are beginning to see that being selfish is not selfish but SELF-LOVE.

Anger means lots of things, what does being angry mean to you?

Have you ever said the following things to yourself:

I am angry at people judging me. I am angry at people trying to tear me down. I am angry at people acting better than me. I am angry at people judging and criticizing me. I am angry at people taking from me and never giving me anything in return.  I am angry at people who benefits from my time and/or knowledge and give me nothing in return. I am angry and I don't care who knows it.... I am angry at being stupid enough to believe I can make a difference in the lives of other people. I am angry at people who upset me.

At one time, I was so angry I could kill but did I?  No.  Will I? No. Why not?

Because when I feel anger, I express it out of myself by writing what I am angry about as a way of letting go of my anger. All anger ever wants from us is to be expressed. When expressed in healthy ways, we are rewarded with feelings of love. When expressed in unhealthy ways we are rewarded with punishment.

ANGER IS AN ALERT SIGNAL.... What is your anger alerting you to?

Resisting FEAR is the Stupidest Thing I ever Did.

Fear stalks me, it has ever sent I was a small child.  Not understanding fear, I trembled in its presence. I resisted it, ran from it, fought with it, cursed it, wrestled with it and hated it.  As a result of resisting fear rather than understanding it, I experienced anxiety and chronic depression for years. Fear paralyzed me and stopped me from taking actions that were good for me. Fear made me feel flawed and defective.  Fear caused me to have nightmares, it humiliated me, shamed me and almost destroyed me until I discovered, quit by accident, that fear is a paper dragon, all bark and no bite.

One particular night I experienced so much fear that I thought the devil, himself, was coming to take me home with him. My fear was terrorizing  me, so much so, that I thought about killing myself. In that moment when thoughts of suicide entered my mind,  I got so mad, so angry at  being afraid that I got up the courage to face my fear head on. The moment, I did, my fear, like a thief in the night, retreated into the darkness, out of my sight and peace descended upon me.

That is the night I learned that fear resisted grows in strength and power over you while fear embraced and faced head on dissolves right before your eyes.

FEAR COMES IN MANY DIFFERENT FORMS, SHAPES AND SIZES

There are over 200 code words for fear; words such as worry, stress, anxiety, tension, depression, dread and cowardice to name just a few. Anything that makes you 'feel ill at ease' in your own skin is fear operating in the background of your life.   As a result of what I learned about fear, I started writing a twice monthly newsletter titled Feeling Good, No Matter what.  In my newsletter I share with others everything I know about making fear dissolve from a person's life with no effort at all. To sign up for my newsletter, read the information below.  As a matter of additional information, I also do Skype (voice only) and phone sessions with people who want to develop the ability to dissolve their fears with no effort at all.. The Relationship between Depression and ANGER.

When I was a depressed person I was told my depression was nothing more than anger turned inward. My immediate reaction to being told that was; 'Bullsh*t'.  I knew my depression was not anger turned inward, it was depression. I was depressed pure and simple but over time I learned that, indeed, depression in most, if not all, cases is anger turned inward. Let me explain.

Depressed people are very angry people who don't realize they are angry at all.  When we experience anger, it means our sense of justice has been violated.  Anger is a natural human emotion and when expressed in healthy ways it contributes greatly to our health and prosperity.

Depressed people become depressed because they have no self permission to express anger. OR they are so terrified of their anger they have pushed it so far down inside themselves they feel no anger at all.

As child growing up, you naturally expressed anger from time to time. However, if you were, over time, repeatedly punished, criticized, made fun of, ridiculed or put down because you were angry, you made the decision that it was not safe to be angry....and when you did that, your anger immediately went inward and instead of your anger being expressed outward, you depressed it.

The anger you do not feel and is invisible to you is the very thing that keeps you imprisoned in your chronic state of depression. As you learn to get in touch with and release your anger in healthy ways, you will experience less and less depression until you are free of your depression altogether.  Depression is always a result of not having self-permission to freely and fully express yourself.

Regarding depression being a chemical imbalance. That happens because your negative thoughts cause the chemistry in your body to become unbalanced.

The Cure for UGLY Feelings

.

There are many feelings we do not like but that does not stop us from having them. From time to time, everyone I know feels hopeless or depressed

The range of feelings we do not like to experience include anger and hatred along with feeling defeated, helpless, anxious, powerless, even suicidal.

Here's the thing, as bad as those feelings feel, they are just feelings. Feelings we can change any time we want by changing how we think.

If you feel powerless, that doesn't mean you are powerless.  It's only a feeling that changes the moment you change your thoughts. Negative feelings have no power over you whatsoever, they just feel like they do. Your feelings make things 'seem real to you' so when you feel depressed, hopeless or suicidal you feel as if that is the God awful truth about your life. However, what you feel is a very small part of your truth.

The rest of the truth is, all thoughts have consequences and the first place you FEEL the consequences of your thoughts is in your body. Don't like what you are feelings, change your thoughts. When you change your thoughts, your feelings change too. The moment your feelings begin to change, the circumstances of your life begin changing too, for the better.

A WORD OF CAUTION ABOUT FEELINGS

Ugly feelings will grow like cancer if you allow yourself to believe you are powerless to change how you feel.  Regardless of circumstances, regardless of how bad circumstances can make you feel, you can change what you feel by changing your thoughts.

If you resist negative feelings, if you fight with them, argue with them, those feelings will intensify.  Any feeling you resist grows in strength and power over you. If you continue to resist it, over time, it will take control of your personality and control your life.

In my early years, I experienced very ugly feelings as a result of two of my children dying unexpectedly, one from an undiscovered birth defect and the other one due to medical negligence. The ugly feelings I experienced could have made me give up on life. They could have caused me to commit suicide but I didn't. Instead, I used what life threw my way to motivate myself to find a new way of thinking, a way of thinking that would allow me to turn my grief into unbridled happiness and joy.

I found that new way of thinking and with it I created a life for myself full of joy, inspiration, happiness and success and you can too. Everything I have learned about 'feeling good, no matter what' is now available to you in my twice monthly newsletter by the same name.

Good 'ANGRY' People

The emotion of anger has gotten a bad rap. There is nothing wrong with anger. Anger is an emotion from God and like all emotions, if properly understood, it is a good thing. Anger ALERTS us when our sense of justice has been violated. Anger gives us the courage to act when we are feeling cowardly. Anger is never the problem, it is the denial of anger that eventually causes people to go postal and hurt themselves and other people. Listen to this fifteen minute show and find out how to make anger your friend.

You always feel a 'negative feeling' for a good reason. The moment you discover what the good reason is, the negative feeling vanishes. Negative feelings are benevolent messengers in disguise who have come to deliver positive messages of guidance and advice to you. The moment you judge a negative feeling as bad or wrong you lose all opportunity to discover the positive message of guidance and advice your negative feeling is sending your way.

To learn more about the positive messages in negative feelings, subscribe to my Feeling Good, No Matter, Newsletter. My newsletter gives you insights into understanding the positive messages of guidance and advice your negative feelings are sending your way. They can't bully me any more...

I was a chubby little kid by the time I entered high school, I only stood 4' 11" and weighed 180 lbs.   As a freshman in high school I was intimidated by the taller kids, in my class, already growing beards and mustaches..  I was a late bloomer and I still very much had a baby face.  When I went to school, back when, they didn't call it bullying, they called it teasing but it hurt just as much.  I was handling the teasing of being fat and having a baby face okay until I went to my first Phys-Ed  class.

For the class, we all got dressed up in gray sweats and climbed into a boxing ring.  The teacher had us line up along the edge of the ring and made us introduce ourselves. When the teacher got to me, he stared at me with hatred and contempt for reasons I cannot explain.  Finally he asked me my name. I announced my name was Frederick Zappone. After pausing and looking me up and down with a very critical eye,  he finally spoke.

'Zappone you look more like a Bubble so from now on I am going to call you Bubbles Zappone.'

In an instant my classmates burst into laughter and starting calling me bubbles while pointing accusing fingers at me.  My face turned crimson red. I was not only embarrassed I felt rage in every cell of my body...  As blood rushed to my face, I felt a very real and very strong urge to kill, an urge I never felt before.  I wanted to kill the teacher for humiliating and shaming me in front of my classmates and at the same time I want to run as far and as fast as I could from that class and never return but I couldn't.

I never before felt such violent feelings inside me. Those violent feelings scared me half to death. I felt like an evil, worthless child. I was confused, scared, frightened and worst of all.....all alone.

I didn't know what to do, mostly I wanted to get away from the feelings of violence and hatred inside of me. Those feelings left me standing there, in front of my classmates, trembling uncontrollably like a leaf in the wind with tears streaming down my cheeks, making me feel even more shame than I felt before.

I sucked it up and endured the teasing and taunting and tried to laugh my way through it but the damage inside had been done.  No one could see me bleeding on the inside, no one could feel how small I felt, no one could feel how evil I felt. And no one could be more frightened and scared as I was on that day, feeling the rage and the very real desire to murder my teacher in cold blood.

The longest school day of my life finally ended and I headed home. When I got home I was so ashamed and embarrassed by what happened I couldn't bring myself to tell my parents about it.  And besides I was afraid if I did tell my parents they would go to the school and talk to the Principal and embarrass me even more so I quietly cried myself to sleep that night and many more nights after that.

As it turned out, that humiliating experience in Phys. Ed. class  would become my greatest strength.  It put me on the path to exploring and understanding my feelings so no one,  under any circumstances, could ever hurt me as badly as I had been hurt that day.

Over time, I became a self made expert on feelings and emotions. As a result of the knowledge I acquired over the years,  my Feeling Good, No Matter What, Newsletter was born.  My newsletter isn't for everyone.  It is for highly sensitive people who get hurt easier than they would like to admit. It is for depressed people who no longer wish to be depressed.  It is for people who wish to eliminate fear and doubt from their lives. It is for people who want to cure the hurt, humiliation and shame they endured as a child.

My newsletter is for parents who want to make sure their children grow up to be emotionally healthy and emotionally strong.  My newsletter is for people who are tired of being hurt, abused, used and misunderstood by other people.

My newsletter is for people who want to strengthen their emotional system so no one outside themselves has the power to hurt them again and yet at the same time be able to keep their heart's open to receiving all the love from others they can handle...

The moment a person can make you react emotionally, in an negative way, is the moment, they have power over you.  My newsletter shows people how to take back any power they have inadvertently given away to others down through the years.

Replaying in your mind, over and over again, the hurtful things a bully said or did to you, allows the bully to hurt you over and over again. Don't go there.

Life is EASY when you change your Thinking

.
The Story behind Feeling Good (No Matter What) Newsletter.

The events of my early life (which included death, financial ruin and lost love) left me feeling anxious and worried most of the time.  The events made me doubt and distrust myself. In addition, I allowed those events to put me into a chronic state of depression that no amount of pills or therapy could cure.. At that point, in my life, I could have quit, given up. I could have even committed suicide but I didn't.

Instead, I used what life threw my way to motivate myself to find a new way of thinking, a way of thinking that would set me free to create a life full of joy, inspiration, happiness and success. I did just that for myself .... and from my experience of turning bad feelings into good ones, my Feeling Good, No Matter What, Newsletter was born. The information in my newsletter is not based on academic theory.

The information is based on the personal experiences of myself and thousands of others in regards to 'what works' in mastering negative emotions and transforming them into positive ones.

Science has proven your brain translates every thought you think into a chemical equivalent and then delivers those chemicals  by way of a 'messenger molecule' to the major organs in your body. The implication of this discovery are enormous and explains, in simple terms, why you feel the way you do.

Positive thoughts get translated into good chemicals that make you feel good and negative thoughts get translated into to bad chemicals that make you feel bad.

Why is the information about your brain's ability to translate your thoughts into chemical equivalents important for you to know?

Because my newsletter delivers 'cutting edge'  insights to you, twice a month, that not only strengthen you mentally and emotionally, they also result in your brain automatically translating those thoughts into there chemical equivalents that cause you experience increased levels of energy, vitality and physical stamina.

Your ANGER, God's Greatest Gift To You.

.
Anger is a fire, a passion in your belly unexpressed.

There is nothing wrong with anger when expressed and released in healthy ways.  Anger, pure and simple, is an energy. And when you are expressing it in healthy ways, you will feel your passion for life coursing through your veins making you feel great to be ALIVE

Anger felt and expressed in writing or in your words to yourself can burn up the disappointment, hurt, hatred and bitterness hiding out in your heart. Anger is a function of the soul, it is a cleansing fire given to you by God to clean out your mind and body of thoughts and feelings that are weighing you down or holding you back.  Anger expressed in healthy ways will make you feel brand new again.

Anger unexpressed is like water in a steam kettle with no safety valve, it will eventually blow and hurt you and others in the process. However, Anger expressed in healthy ways changes the world. We don't think of Mother Teresa and Gandhi as angry people but they were. They were very angry people and with their anger they changed the world by expressing their anger as passion and love for others.

ANGER keeps you honest. When you are pretending or in denial, anger will
show up in your life to set the record straight. - Frederick Zappone

For you ANGRY people, The REAL Truth about Anger.

.
I experience anger a lot. However, I don't look angry and I don't act angry. The reason is because I see anger as positive energy coursing through my veins. When I express my anger in healthy ways like I do through my writings, my 'energy of anger' benefits everyone with no one left out..  If you are a growing, spiritually conscious, person you can't help but notice many injustices with every passing day of your life.

Anger is an ALERT signal that your sense of justice has been violated. Once you become aware that your sense of justice has been violated, you then have to ask yourself what you can do to correct the injustices you see in life in a healthy and fun way. For myself, I correct the injustices in life by being radically honest with all the people in my life, in all ways, with no exceptions. And I always express my radical honesty with kindness, humor and candor. Using my anger to make positive and healthy changes in the world makes me one of the most powerful people I know and it all started with me being Radically Honesty.

Vandals TORCHED our Playground last night, I'm Angry (See Photo)

..
People who are unkind have no idea the havoc they cause in other people's lives. In my hometown where I grew up, vandals torched the town's playground last night (See Photo). It was this beautiful wood structure built by donations and by volunteers. In fact, next month my son and his family are coming to visit from Texas. I was going to take them to that playground to play but now I can't. Am I anger? Yes I am but every time I get angry about an unkind act, I use my anger as an ALERT signal to perform an act of kindness to make up for the unkind action that someone else committed. Feel it

.
The quickest way through uncomfortable feelings of any kind (depression, anxiety, anger, stress) is to 'feel what you feel' without thinking about or judging what you are feeling. Thinking about and judging your negative feelings only makes them worse.

Understanding the Anger of Terrorists

.
Anger is the most misunderstood of all human emotions. It is also the most powerful of all human emotions after the emotion of love.  The difference is, love builds and unifies people while anger divides and destroys people.

In, worst case situations, in order to commit acts of violence, uncontrolled anger must be present. Anger ALERTS people that their sense of justice has been violated. Anger tells people they must 'right the wrongs' that have been done to them even if that meaning killing people.

Anger blinds us to what we have in common with our fellowman and only allows us to see our hateful differences. Anger gives permission to 'angry people' to live by their own rules and disregard the rules of the country, state or community in which they live.

People who commit acts of violence or abuse other people allow their anger to run them rather than them running their anger. People who allow their anger to dictate their actions are victims of their own anger rather than controlling their anger and becoming the master of it.

A person who has mastered their emotion of anger has non-physical courage while those people who are victims of their anger are only able to display physical courage, which often times, results in death. In the end, anger, not mastered, stops people from creating the life they want, the life they dream of having, the life they know God wants them to have.

I am as angry as any terrorist alive but I have chosen to use the 'energy of my anger' to learn how to live in harmony with people who think, act and believe differently than I do.  Anyone can kill or wound another human being but it takes a person of non-physical courage to use his anger to build a better world for everyone with no one left out.  I have been working for years developing and strengthening my non-physical courage. Why?  Because I intend for my non-physical courage to be the legacy I leave to my children, my grandchildren and the children who come after them. I am leaving this legacy to them in the hopes that 'non-physical courage' will be the tool that ends the path of violence and destruction and begins the path of peace, harmony and cooperation that men, women, and children everywhere can enjoy.
