A member of a certain church, who previously had been attending services regularly, stopped going. After a few weeks, the pastor decided to visit him.
It was a chilly evening. The pastor found the man at home alone, sitting before a blazing fire. Guessing the reason for his pastor's visit, the man welcomed him, led him to a comfortable chair near the fireplace and waited.
The pastor made himself at home but said nothing. In the grave silence, he contemplated the dance of the flames around the burning logs. After some minutes, the pastor took the fire tongs, carefully picked up a brightly burning ember and placed it to one side of the hearth all alone then he sat back in his chair, still silent.
The host watched all this in quiet contemplation. As the one lone ember's flame flickered and diminished, there was a momentary glow and then its fire was no more. Soon it was cold and dead.
Not a word had been spoken since the initial greeting. The pastor glanced at his watch and realized it was time to leave. He slowly stood up, picked up the cold, dead ember and placed it back in the middle of the fire. Immediately it began to glow, once more with the light and warmth of the burning coals around it.
As the pastor reached the door to leave, his host said with a tear running down his cheek, 'Thank you so much for your visit and especially for the firey sermon. I will be back in church next Sunday'.
We live in a world today, which tries to say too much with too little. Consequently, few listen. Sometimes the best sermons are the ones left unspoken.

When you decide your pain mean 'this or that' you set into motion the forces of the universe that will prove to you that your pain means exactly what you feared it would mean. The label you place on your pain is what it will become in accordance with the law of attraction.
You can't help but notice things that irritate you but you do not have to focus on them. Focusing on irritations that annoy you will only attract more irritating things into your life that will annoy you even more. Instead of keeping your attention focused on things you don't want, such as irritations, focus on what you DO WANT and watch, with effortless ease, how magical your life becomes.

The law of attraction is not about trying to figure out how
the law works, it's about feeling good because feeling
good attracts good things to you. Feeling good tells you

I have been reading a lot on the law of attraction lately, and I believe that your OMT will pull all of that knowledge together. ANSWER: Justin, I absolutely do.... You are correct about the OMT. The OMT pulls together all the 'law of attraction' knowledge that is out there. The law of attraction works best when you stay in the present moment mentally. In addition, do not judge yourself for any weaknesses or shortcoming you may have. If you do judge yourself, release those judgments immediately by blessing them. When you bless a judgment you are asking the 'Universe' to turn a weakness into a strength for you. I should know, I have had many weaknesses the 'Universe' turned into strengths because I blessed them when they showed up in my life...
Without exception when you fight any negative quality about yourself, you give that negative quality more power over you. Fighting, hating, resisting or disliking anything about yourself or another automatically causes you to fight, hate and dislike those things even more. It's natural to want to get away from those qualities that you do not like about yourself or others but fighting or resisting them only keeps them stuck to you like super glue. Fighting or resisting anything is like the chinese finger trap.
The harder you work to pull your fingers free from the trap, the tighter the trap grips your fingers. The only way out of the trap is to quit resisting it, give into to it and when you do, the trap releases its grip from your finger tips and you are able to set yourself free.
The same is true when you resist or fight with anything you do not like about yourself or another. The more you struggle to set yourself free from what do not like, the more you become entangled and trapped by the very things you do not like.... The moment you quit resisting what you do not like is the moment you can set yourself free from it.
Accepting, in the moment, what you do not like sets you free to create what you DO like.... You do not have to like something to accept it. You only have to accept it to set yourself free from it.
Answer: You should trust your good feelings because that is the only thing you can trust. You can't trust with absolute certainty anything outside yourself because you can't trust what you don't fully know and understand. However you can trust your feelings because there is never any uncertainty or mystery about them because they fall into one of two categories, good feelings and bad ones.
The reason you should trust your good feelings is because those feelings are telling you that you are thinking thoughts that are taking you in the direction of the love, health and prosperity you want while bad feelings are telling you that you're thinking thoughts that are taking you away from what you want.
When I sit in judgment of others, God sits in judgment of me.
Egos are noisy, they are always SPEAKING OUT, always giving their opinion regardless of how full of shit their opinions are. The ego thrives on conflict and feeds on pain. The ego loves pain, it cannot live without it. Without pain, the ego would cease to function in my life. The Ego makes everything about my life a big deal. It is the manic, out of control, part of my personality that I put a muzzle on years ago. It lives within me in a dormant state but wakes up when it is in the presence of other ego's shooting off their mouth.. And when it wakes up, I have to quiet it down before it rips off its muzzle and verbally attacks the thoughts and feelings of another human being.
The ego gains power in my life when I resist or fight with it. I have learned the best way to deal with my ego is to allow its insane chatter and crazy thoughts to harmlessly pass through and out of my mind like a baby passes gas. I always know when my ego is controlling my life because those are the times when I feel stressed out, depressed or unhappy when feeling that way is not necessary at all. The moment I realize my ego is controlling my life, I quit giving it my attention and instead focus my attention on those things that makes me feel happy because when I am feeling happy I am in harmony with myself, the people who surround me and the God who created me.
E.G.O. is an acronym for Edging God Out
We love sex so much because everything about the 'sex act' produces thoughts of oneness, harmony, cooperation, protection, nourishment, pleasure and fulfillment.
In other words the sex act produces thoughts of unity whereas so many other of our actions produce thoughts of separation. And it is thoughts of separation that cause us to suffer, feel stressed out and experience pain when experiencing those things is not necessary at all.
Thoughts of unity or being one with another gives us pleasure while thoughts of being separate from another cause us pain. The best part is we get to choose which thoughts we will think about the most.
Everything we do, from making love to making money, we do to FEEL GOOD. However, it's not what we do that makes us FEEL GOOD, it's what we think about when we do what we do that makes us FEEL GOOD.
For example, it is not the physical act of sex, alone, that gives us pleasure. It is the thoughts that go along with it that give us pleasure. Such thoughts as being loved, held, comforted, protected, nurtured and nourished along with thoughts of feeling one with another that feel so good. They feel so good because in a 24 hour day we never have enough of those kind of good thoughts that produce such intimate and delicious feelings. And yet we can feel good all day along if we choose to focus on thoughts that makes us feel good and dismiss from our mind those thoughts that do not.
All thoughts have consequences and the first place
we feel the consequences of our thoughts is in the body.
Question: Why is life hard for me?
Answer: Life is hard for you because you don't trust the higher part of yourself, that part of yourself that is connected to the organizing intelligence of the universe, the power behind all things both in heaven and on earth. You are made, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, in the image and likeness of this power yet you deny this truth repeatedly. As a result of denying this truth, life is hard for you.
You are connected to the 'cosmic mind' in very real and tangible ways This part of your mind has the answers to all the challenges life has thrown your way and yet your denial of your connection to this benevolent power prevents you from experiencing MIRACLES, small and large, each day of your life.
Reconnection to this power is simple. Suspend judgments, open your heart, trust and allow the music and peace within you to move you down the path of life that is the right path for you. If you are not experiencing music and peace within you right now that means you are on a path of life that is not the right path for you. If that's the case for you, it's time to question the path you are on and make the changes necessary that will allow you to dance to the music in your soul that makes your heart soar.

Granted there is much to be unhappy about in this world but unhappiness has never solved anything, it has only made bad situations worse. Everywhere I go, I take my happy state of mind with me. My goal is to infect the unhappy people I encounter in my day to day activities with my 'happiness' thought virus. If you have lived your life coming from an unhappy state of mind for a longer period of time than you have wanted to, switching to a happy state of mind will, at first, feel strange to you. In fact you will feel uncomfortable feeling happy. You will feel as if something is missing, as if you have lost something. The truth is something will be missing for you and you will have indeed lost something, your unhappiness.
Living life coming from a happy state of mind makes everything about my life worthwhile. It also makes the obstacles and roadblocks I encounter along the way appear smaller in size and easier to overcome. Nothing is more important to me than being happy, not recognition, praise, money or achieving success. Without experiencing happiness first everything else that happens in my life is meaningless.
I am successful at everything I do because I SURRENDER to everything and anything that is between me and what I want. I surrender to every negative thought and feeling, I surrender to every negative person, circumstance and situation.
I am not surrendering as in defeat. I am surrendering as in giving UP my problems to the higher part of my personality than can solve problems effortlessly for me. And while I am waiting for the inspired part of me to solve my problems for me, I smile a lot and go play.....
When I encounter obstacles or roadblocks that are between me and what I want out of life, I choose to be like the "wind and water" and "flow" up, over, around or under them rather than fighting them and giving them power over me.

Question: I wonder if you could help me on this. I keep letting other people's actions and negativity get in my way of feeling good. I know that I shouldn't do this and this is their reality and not mine and it is their responsibility and that my thoughts and my reality are my only real responsibility - but these are people i love and care about. Any ideas about what I should do?
Answer: Maybe you are loving and caring about the wrong people. Loving and caring about people is a choice we make and I choose not to love or care about people who make me feel bad and that includes friends and family members. If the people in your life are making you feel bad that is sure-fire indication that they don't love and care about you.
You eliminate the negative not by fighting it but by dismissing it....
You eliminate the negative not by feeling bad but by focusing on feeling good.
You eliminate the negative not by talking about it but by giving it no voice at all.
You eliminate the negative not by giving it your attention but by withdrawing your attention from it.
You eliminate the negative not by focusing on what you don't want but rather by focusing on what you do want.
You eliminate the negative not by resisting it but by allowing it to pass out of your body like a baby passes gas.

When you take an action and then doubt the action you took and try to undo it, you destroy a portion of the good you were in the process of creating. Trying to undo an action, that you thought was a good action in the first place, is a sign that you are coming from fear. And when you take actions coming from fear, you undo the good you created that would normally come back to you multiplied if you didn't undo it...
When I asked myself why I blog, I wrote down the answers as they came to me. It turns out that I blog for twenty-two different reasons.

18. because it's more interesting than reading the news or watching TV

Take the word ASSHOLE... and add your emotional energy to it and you have a word that people will find offensive. Which of those words made you feel the best? We take words for granted but the power of words is undeniable. Media people and advertisers know that best. They spend millions of dollars paying people to write just the right words so they can slide them into your mind and influence more of your decisions than you realize. They influence how you think, what you feel, how you will behave and what you will buy...
Advertisers create desires in you to want something you would have never thought of wanting before. It was WORDS that made you eat your first McDonald's hamburger. After all, without words, you wouldn't have even known it existed. It was WORDS that either made you excited about sex or scared you half to death.
We are a sucker for words. The words I LOVE YOU have brought people into wedded bliss and also contributed to martial disaster.

One of the mistaken certainties or misconceptions most people operate under is that you get what you want in life by what you DO, or through the actions you take. Most people believe that the DOING or action part is what makes things happen. However, most action causes you to create in reverse.
Let me explain....The reason we put a lot of emphasis on action is because we do not understand the power of our thought. If you analyze it, 90% of most people’s actions are spent trying to compensate for inappropriate thought.
The Chinese philosopher Lao-tsu said that, "In the practice of the Way, every day something is dropped. Less and less do you need to force things until finally you arrive at "non action" When nothing is done, nothing is left undone." What he is talking about is "doing without doing."
The problem is that most of us are preoccupied with "doing". Unfortunately most of our "doing" usually involves struggle. In the western world we are conditioned to be action-oriented, so we place a tremendous value on doing. We are so busy doing that we do not realize that all this ‘doingness’ causes us to create in a reverse fashion.
Most of our actions are out of fear, worry or doubt because we believe nothing will get done unless we DO something. In other words, we are trying to force our desire into manifestation through action.
If your decision to DO is dominant, then you will not focus on what you want to BE in the present moment. This causes you to miscreate because BEING is the first and most important step in the creative process.
Here is the secret....Action is vitally important but - it is not your action that makes things happen, it is your intent. You can reduce the need for action to a very minimum by allowing yourself to focus on what you desire until you feel the positive energy begin to move within you. This energy is not based on doubt, fear, anxiety, worry or need. If you focus on what you want instead of what you don’t want, you will know when it is time to take action. And when you do, it will be effortless. Doors open and the entire universe will conspire to assist you in your desire.
Put simply, you should take no action on anything until you have visualized your desire and made it real enough in your mind that your next action (step), whatever it is, seems like the most logical step.
How can you know the next logical step? Here is the test that you can give to yourself before taking any action. If you focus on what you desire and still feel overwhelmed or anxious, then you are not ready for any action. You know you are ready when it feels like the next logical step is effortless. There is no effort, no strain, and no pain.
What we want to do is to use the leverage of energy, the same leverage of energy that creates everything in the universe. However, we are so caught up in the reality of WHAT IS, that we feel we must create everything through mental effort and physical activity.
Have you ever seen people who seem to have all the wonderful things in their life without much effort? It almost seems like they have an advantage over everyone else. Then you see the people who work the hardest usually have the least. That doesn’t seem fair does it? But that’s the way the universe works.
Unfortunately, those who work the hardest usually have the least because they haven’t learned the leverage of aligning their energy. They are going about creating their lives the hard way. They are trying to use their actions to create what they want.
We have also been programmed that in order to have what we desire we must work hard. How many times have you heard – "No pain, no gain." The implication is that if you want to make something of yourself, you must work hard. The message is clear - if you are not hurting or struggling, you are not moving forward.
But here is the truth - anytime you are struggling you are miscreating. Anytime you feel pain or struggle, your magnetic point of attraction is directed to that which you do not want, rather than to that which you desire. Read it again!
Actions are necessary, but they are the last component of the creation processes. Actions cannot be used effectively to initiate results, because initiation is the function of BEING, then thought, then action.
Remember, the creation of anything is through your vibration. Everything vibrates, and it is by that vibration that we harmonize and attract experiences to ourselves. So before you act or do anything, first ask yourself, how am I vibrating? How do you tell? You tell by how you FEEL. Your feelings show you your vibration. How you feel determines what you attract.
When you use the process of creating by only focusing on what you want instead of what you don’t want, you will see that the universe will provide a different set of circumstances for you that requires much less action. This puts you in a state of "doing without doing" or action without effort.
You have a mind but you are not your mind just as you have a computer but you are your computer. Your mind is the hard drive of your 'consciousness' and it keeps a permanent record of all of your human experiences.
Your mind records everything you see, hear, taste, touch, feel and do.
The inability to be able to tell the difference between your mind (your hard drive) and 'who you truly are' causes you to have unnecessary problems and suffer in this life when suffering is not required.
A good example of this is the man who massacred those soldiers in Fort. Hood.
He massacred those people because he couldn't tell the difference between his mind and who he truly was. As a consequence, his mind took over control of his soul causing him to act on the bad programming his mind was feeding him which resulted in tragedy.
Question: If I am not my mind, who am I?

3. Sickness was never meant to be a dragon to slay but rather
a sign that something stressful in your life needs to be changed.
4. When you are going in a direction with your life that's not in your
best interests, your body will tell you so by getting sick on you.
5. Disease is not a battle to win but rather a condition to understand from
a spiritual point of view that will allow you to make that sick part of your body well again.
6. Sickness is your soul's way of getting your attention when the
more gentle methods of communicating with you have been ignored.
7. Disease is weakness leaving the body if you allow it to.
8. If you believe the pain you feel might be the beginning of
some illness for you, chances are, what you believe will come true for you.
9. Sickness is a signal that you are thinking about life in a way that doesn't feel good to you.
10. People get sick when they 'believe' they can't have, acquire or achieve something they really want. To get well, give up wanting what you believe you can't achieve. In its place want something else, something you can achieve and the moment you do, you will begin getting well.
While many folks will judge people who are angry and bitter as negative people, I judge them as honest people. People don't feel anger and bitterness unless they have a reason to feel that way.
Have you ever felt anger and bitterness? If you have that means your sense of justice has been violated. There is nothing wrong with feeling that way.
The question is, what are you going to do with your feelings of anger and bitterness? Are you going to go postal and shoot and kill people who aren't responsible for your 'pissed off' state of mind in the first place? People do that you know... Or are you going to man up and be responsible for your feelings of anger and bitterness and use those emotions in a healthy and constructive way....
That's what I am doing, I feel anger and bitterness. I have felt it for quite sometimes but I have denied it. Why have I denied it? Because I think I am better than that. Well it doesn't matter if I think I am better than my feelings of anger and bitterness, I feel them.
Why do I feel them? I feel them because I know how much I have given to other people in regards to my wisdom, time and talent and money and I know how little I have received back from people. The scales of my personal justice system are unbalanced and as a result I have made the decision that I will no longer take care of the people who don't take care of me.
Is that the right thing to do? It is if I don't want to remain a victim of other people's ingratitude. Now that I have owned up to my feeling of anger and bitterness, I have regained my power over them. Regaining power over feelings I dislike allows me to change how I feel by changing my thoughts. And since I don't like the bad feelings anger and bitterness provoke in me, I will make a list of the people I am grateful for rather than focusing my energy and attention on those people who have displayed ingratitude toward me.

"If you don't take care of the people who take care of you, if you take them for granted, when you least expect it, they will leave you"

We are meant to 'fully' express ourselves and when we do we feel lighter and brighter than we did a moment before. Trouble is, most people have been trained, conditioned, punished, over the years, to suppress their thoughts and feelings rather than fully express them. Suppression leads to depression and other forms of illness including people resorting to violence as a way to solve their problems. In the final analysis, violence and abuse solves nothing and only leads to more violence and abuse while thinking in cooperative and harmonious ways has the potential to fix everything.
Granted, the urge to strangle the sh*t out of someone is a strong one but if we don't control our own urges to resort to violence, who will? It doesn't take courage to kill or wound a person. Anyone can pull a trigger, shoot a gun and kill someone. On the other hand, it does take non-physical courage to control the urge to kill and work out our problems and differences of opinion with people in peaceful and harmonious ways.
Are you person of violence or are you a person who possesses non-physical courage? Choosing the path of violence or the path of peace is a moment by moment choice we make and no one can make that choice for us except ourselves. What moment by moment choices are you making?
If you trust your feelings more than your thoughts and understand that negative feelings are taking you away from what you want, how easy life will become for you. Positive feelings are a reflection of the positive thoughts you think while negative feelings are a reflection of the negative or self-defeating thoughts you think. Your feelings, once you learn to trust them 100% will effortlessly guide you in creating, attracting and acquiring all the good things you want out of life.
You don't trust your feelings by judging them. You don't trust your feelings by trying to figure them out. You don't trust your feelings by resisting or fighting them. You trust your feelings by 'knowing' negative feelings are produced by thoughts that are taking you away from what you want while positive feelings are produced by thoughts that are taking towards what you want.
Feelings = Your Inner Guidance System.
Good Feelings ALERT YOU that you are moving towards what you want

Getting stuck in your thoughts about what other people think of you is a painful and hopeless waste of time. First off, if you are worried about what other people are thinking of you, you are thinking they are thinking the worst about you and that does feel good at all. Unless you are a certified, proven, mind reader there is no way for you to know what other people think of you until they tell you so... However, thinking people are thinking nasty things about you will attract nasty things to you. This morning, my 'spirit guide' prompted me to share the following information with you. This information is not for everyone for I know many people do not believe in 'spirit guides'. If this information rings true for you deep within your soul, that is your spirit guide giving you confirmation that this information is for you. What you do with this information is up to you. Are 'Spirit Guides" Real? You bet they are. They are just as real as the thoughts in your mind. Just because you can't see, taste, touch or feel your thoughts, doesn't make your thoughts any less real to you. The same can be said about 'Spirit Guides,' just because you can't see, taste, touch or feel them doesn't mean they do not exist because they do.
Spirit Guides are just like you and me with a couple of distinctions. They have a body which is invisible to the naked eye. They can appear visible to us if they choose to do so by slowing down the rate they make their bodies vibrate. The lighter and brighter your thoughts are, the easier it will be for you to see spirit guides walking among us. The more dark and somber your thoughts are, the less likely you are to see 'spirit guides' (yours or anyone else's).
Spirit Guides can easily access universal knowledge that we have difficulty accessing. Because spirit guides can easily move through time and space, they don't have the travel limitations you and I have. Those of us in physical bodies made the choice to lower our vibration so we could come to Earth and play the game of being a spiritual being, being human for awhile. Many of us completely forget we are spiritual beings in a physical body and suffer a great deal because of our forgetfulness.
'Spirit guides' have distinct personalities like we do and each of us has a spirit guide with a compatible personality, assigned to us. Your guide is ready, at a moment's notice, to give you guidance and advice about such matters as relationships, love, health and money issues.
Your 'Spirit Guide' won't give you advice unless you ask for it because 'Guides' never impose their will on you. If you have a question for your guide, all you have to do is ask the question and the answer will be given to you immediately . Whether you hear and understand the answers that are given to you by your spirit guide depends entirely on the strength of your connection to your guide.
The stronger your connection is, the easier it is for you to hear your guide speaking to you in words you will understand. Contrary to popular opinion, Spirit Guides speak to you in your native tongue. They speak in clear and distinct words or feelings that automatically translate into words you understand. Their answers of guidance and advice appear as whole and complete thoughts that you recognize and understand completely.

Your thoughts are as powerful or as weak as you want them to be. The more attention you put into a thought, the stronger it becomes. The less attention you put into a thought, the weaker it becomes.
Repeatedly thinking thoughts about people, places, events and situations that make you 'feel bad' eventually anchor themselves in your subconscious mind. Once this happens they become thoughts that operate, on automatic pilot, outside your conscious control.
It will then appear you have no power or control over thoughts that make you 'feel bad'. This is not true, what happened is you anchored thoughts in your subconscious mind that do not serve you and you can change out those 'feel bad' thoughts anytime you want.
Whatever you focus your attention on, you attract more of the same. Focus on thoughts that make you feel confident and powerful and the thoughts anchored in your subconscious mind that make you feel weak or small in any way will begin to dissolve naturally. To make negative thoughts dissolve naturally takes practice but it is worth it.

If you suffer from depression, contrary to what many people believe, it is not a chemical imbalance that causes your depression. It is your depressing thoughts that cause you to have the chemical imbalance.
Study after study has proven that when we think negative thoughts those thoughts adversely affect the chemistry of our body putting us into a feeling bad state of mind.
Depression is not some complicated problem many folks make it out to be. Depression is a result of the thoughts and feelings you habitually depress.

If you believe it when you see it then all you will ever see are the creations of other people whether you like what they create or not. As a result of your attitude of 'I'll believe it when I see it,' you will never truly have the power to create what you want and you will forever be a victim of the thoughts of others.
CHANGE HOW YOU CREATE REALITY
Instead of believing it when you see it, believe it first and then what you believe will become your physical reality. For example, if you believe you can wave your hand over something and infused it with positive energy thus making a bad thing turn into something good, with time, the universe will provide you with physical evidence that your belief in energy transference is true.

When we are being defensive, often times, our solar plexus clinches up or it might be our back, shoulders or some other part of our body. When we are being defensive we close ourselves up tight. Emotionally, it feels negative.
The problem with being defensive is that we cuts ourselves off from the 'organizing intelligence of the universe,' that I call God, that supplies us with the wisdom, guidance and insights we need to handle whatever life throws our way.
The next time you are feeling defensive, ask yourself what you are defending. Chances are, you are defending your feelings so you won't get hurt again but in the process of defending yourself, the irony is, you will get hurt again.
Be thankful that all of your effort, struggle and worry does not give you what you want. If it did, you would always have to do those things to get what you want. Instead, be happy and you will get what you want effortlessly. Too simple you say? Okay then, go back to being unhappy, effort, struggle, and worry yourself to death, it makes no difference to me.
P.S. You still don't understand the value of my law of attraction that I created especially for you, do you? According to your thoughts so shall it be for you....and it always is...
It is hard to believe that what you tell yourself becomes your reality but it's true.
The way you say it is, is the way it becomes for you. You are rarely, if ever, wrong about what you tell yourself and others about your life. Change your thoughts (your story) and when you do, your life will change too. According to your thoughts so shall it be for you....and it always is.
Say it long enough and you word will become LAW in your universe.

Feel It Real!: A Guided Approach to Bringing the Law of Attraction into Your Life
When you feel your self-esteem is sagging, write down what you know to be true about yourself. Write down the virtues and qualities you have, in other words, your strengths, your good points. It doesn't matter if anyone else knows what your virtues and strengths are. . It only matters that you know what they are and believe in them. If you do believe in the qualities you have, by the time you are finished writing them down, your Self-Esteem and state of mind will be back up where you want it to be.
As an example, earlier today I had some negative thoughts pass through my mind causing my self-esteem to sag. Here is what I wrote down about myself that I know to be true.
I am a generous person, loyal to a fault.
I talk straight to people in a thoughtful way and I don't bullshit
My word means something, when I give it, I keep it.
If I have to lie or cheat to get money, I'll do without.
I respect myself enough not to let the criticisms of others destroy my peace of mind.
Like the Boy Scout, I once was, I am trustworthy, extremely so..
My friends know they can count on me being there for them simply by asking.
I do good things for others not because of what they can do for me but because it feels good to me.
I am a kind person who takes fully responsibility for my negative feelings and never blame another.
I possess tremendous inner strength and perseverance and use it to help myself and others.
I know that the love and confidence I have for my children is the love and confidence God has for me.
After I finished writing my list down concerning the good things I knew about myself,, I felt my self-esteem rise back up to where I like it to be. This is a simple method of raising one's self-esteem that worked for me. Give it a shot, it may work for you too.
